I filed a warranty claim and it was promptly handled! Admittedly I was nervous filing a warranty claim as the initial work did not go very smoothly. But the moment I chatted with Tim I could tell things would be different. He was very communicative and quickly put me in touch with the sub contractor. The contents team who managed our belongings was exceptional. Our project manager, Carson Bybee, went above and beyond—clearly explaining each step, carefully overseeing the personal property inventory and non-salvage items, and making sure we were kept informed throughout the claim. He even ensured our belongings were returned to the correct rooms in our home, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of respect and care his team showed for our property.
Our repair manager, Tyler Fawson, was equally outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive—addressing concerns I hadn’t even considered and pushing the project forward quickly so we could return home sooner. His professionalism gave us confidence that everything was being handled the right way.

I waited a little bit to post the review because we had some mold remediation done and it took time to treat and wait for drying time. I wanted to wait until the work was complete before leaving a review. I have been very pleased with Paul Davis. We have not been home when they have come to do the work and have come home each day pleased with what has been done - and also pleased with what has 'not' been done! The house still looks great where they haven't worked, and now, things are starting to come together where the water damage ruined everything! I'm excited to see it completely finished, but so far, I would give them an enthusiastic 'two thumbs up"!

Since day one, Paul Davis has been nothing short of exceptional. When our basement flooded, they came over right away and brought their mitigation team to prevent as much damage as possible. The medication team checked on our basement every day until it was completely dried out. The remodel team has been phenomenal as well. They have done fantastic at keeping in contact with us nearly every day. We are extremely pleased with how everything is coming together and getting our basement finished. They have also been great at helping us work with our insurance. There have been many times that we have called or text in the evening or weekend, and they have still gotten back to us. I had a water leak from a cracked ice maker line in the kitchen. I had no idea when it started but I found large water bubbles in the basement ceiling. I contacted Paul Davis, they were there within 4 hours starting the cleanup. They remediated immediately to keep the House functioning. Insurance folks came the next day, between Paul Davis and the insurance folks everything was document and a plan was put together to complete the job. It was a long process because as Paul Davis was remediating they found other areas of water damage. In the end, they replaced the ceiling and 60 feet of dry wall in the basement. Dried out all the carpeting in the basement. They removed and replaced all the wooden flooring on the main floor so I took the opportunity to replace the cabinetry in the kitchen. They completed everything on time except for the flooring, it took two weeks longer because the quarter round molding was not available. All in, in all, I am quite happy with everything. The project manager was in touch with me everyday to let me know what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and if something was delayed, when he would be back on track.

We had a water pipe in our basement break flooding our son’s bedroom. Our insurance company contract with Paul Davis for the repair which involved the remediation of the water damage preventing mold, replacing , insulation, sheet rock and then paint and molding. We were very pleased with how seamless the process was and the fact that they kept us informed on what the next was when it was scheduled. All the trades where here when they said they would be and skilled and professional at their job.
