After having numerous pool builders come out, 7 to be exact, we decided to go with Pool Perfection LLC.

We cannot express enough from the very beginning how precise, thorough and accommodating they were.

Starting with Wes the lead designer who is simply brilliant at what he does. He listened to all our needs and wants and made excellent suggestions towards our pool design. He never tried to up sell us on anything, rather gave valuable ideas and recommendations on what would be best for our needs.

Moving on to Nick who was our Senior Project Manager. Nick is definitely the guy you want to oversee your pool build project without a shadow of doubt. His communication, attention to detail and knowledge is absolutely second to none. He is ALWAYS readily available when you may have questions or concerns regarding your pool. He explains things so that you fully understand and leaves no unanswered questions or concerns.

To say that we are extremely happy with our end result is an understatement. We have dreamed of having a pool and spa for many years now and Pool Perfection LLC has exceeded all of our dreams with this pool.

Great experience with everyone at Pool Perfection from start to finish. Wes was wonderful with the design process and Eric managed the project with complete professionalism and attention to every detail. Each work crew was efficient and every aspect of the pool build exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our pool!

Overall we have had a great experience with Pool Perfection, there have definitely been some hiccups along the way, but we are more than pleased with our pool. We signed our contract in December 2024 and our pool is just now complete. Our pool designer was Drew and we greatly enjoyed working with him! He helped us shape the pool to best fit our yard and home. It was so nice to be able to go to their studio and pick out products that we could see and feel. This especially helped with picking out tile, decking and turf. Tracie the permitting manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was always available to ask questions. Our project was submitted to permitting in February and we received permit in April but had to resubmit as it was different than the original plan. We then got full permitting in June. We were assigned to Nick for our project manager, he has been great and extremely knowledgeable. Our project broke ground at the beginning of August. We had issues early on with our sewer line getting hit despite having it moved by an approved plumber beforehand, thankfully Nick was fast to get that situation taken care of. The build process was smooth and fun to witness. Nick listened to our concerns through the process and was quick to answer questions. He even fixed our gates to fit code! Our pool was filled two weeks ago now. We are more than pleased with the final product and cant wait to entertain in our new space. Our pups are especially loving it. We cant wait to do Pool School with the crew so that we can learn more about pool ownership as this is our first.

We are absolutely thrilled that we chose Pool Perfection to design and build our new pool! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Drew was incredibly helpful and talented in creating a design that perfectly fit our space and needs. Unlike other companies we spoke with, Drew carefully considered every detail to avoid potential issues down the road and truly brought our vision to life.

The Pool Perfections Team did a great job constructing our new pool. We started excavation in early August, and by late September, the pool was ready for us to enjoy. The entire process was very smooth, with clear visibility into each construction step and dates clearly outlined. Our project manager, Nick, expertly coordinated every phase, and his prompt responses to my questions and concerns throughout the construction process were impressive. Could not have had a better experience. Steve who was the salesperson was terrific. Nick who handled the installation was stellar. Communication was important to me and Nick was always available to answer my questions. The work done was excellent and the results phenomenal. The pool was completed in 7 weeks as promised. We had a nightmare happen with our old pool and had to choose between getting rid of it or having it rebuilt, renewed..basically a new pool put in. My wife and I decided to put in a new pool. Then, the difficult task of finding a pool company we could trust was at hand. We met with several pool companies, avoided a few scammers, and ultimately(fortunately) chose Pool Perfection. We are so happy we chose Pool Perfection! Our initial contact was Ray...his honesty, kindness, and understanding of what we wanted is what caused us to go with Pool Perfection. Then, dealing with Aiden in a weekly based made us happy we chose this company. Alex, who was in charge of the pavers was amazing, too! The owner of the company even called me and gave me his cell number in case I ever had any issues or concerns. Everyone involved with this company did a stellar job, did what they said they were going to do, and created our dream pool. Pool Perfection removed my previous pool, built a new in ground pool, large deck and a raised deck on my property. Lead designer Wes Craig shared his amazing vision for our backyard and ultimately we ended up with exactly what he drew- it is absolutely incredible. Nick managed all the different trades that came to our property and his super positive processes resulted in our pool being completed in 12 weeks, despite weather, some materials delays and the end-of-year holiday schedule- an incredible feat. PPs communication with me was clear and concise; I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and Shai, the company owner, was frequently in touch with me to ensure I was informed and expectations were being met. Office staff, permitting folks, billing, etc was all seamless and easy. I had no unexpected costs. After construction, Darren their pool master taught me everything I need to know about the equipment, mobile app, etc and has answered calls from me with questions - great service and super nice! I do not anticipate having any issues with any of the work that PP did, but if I do I know they will stand by their work, are honest and responsive. I could not recommend this company enough, truly a 6 star experience!

You must be clinically insane or very arrogant to put Perfection in your company name! Everybody likes an upgrade to their home, but no one likes the anxiety and frustration that comes with the process. Pool Perfection definitely lived up to their namesake, and for anyone who is looking to add a pool or repair their pool but afraid to start because of hearing their neighbors or coworkers nightmarescall Pool Perfection! I checked out others and when Steve with Sales showed, I had an almost immediate feel that I was off to a good startwhy? Because instead of talking and trying to upsell me, he listened to what we had in mind, offered suggestions, one that was better than mine and I had a video presentation of what my pool would look like using actual dimensions emailed to me that night...outstanding salesmanship!
I was nervous when the construction process startedbut Nick the Project Manager was Johnny-on-the-spot! He communicated weekly and/or showed up on site to keep us informed of every step of the process. We were never left in the dark and never a doubt in their pool making magic. If I had a question or concern, Nick handled itnever had to worry that it wouldnt get done. Heck, if I need something done when this is all over, I may just keep Nick on speed dialgive that man a raise!
Pool Perfection is in a league of their own. I can tell you this because every subcontractor or neighbor that saw the construction process all laughed when I told them when my pool would be complete. no wayit takes about 3-4 months or even longer! Pool Perfection finished the job in six weeks.

The pool looks great! We had a minor hiccup in the beginning but Shai (owner) was professional and stepped in to assure us wed get the pool done based on our timeline. I really appreciated their flexibility. Nick was a great PM and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The entire team did a fantastic job. Id highly recommend Pool Perfection!

The amount of information collected for your specific home and backyard needs is absolutely amazing. For this reason, all the data is put together in a 3-D Design Video-Animation of what your new Pool will look like. The video shows your home, backyard and aerial view of your new proposed Pool. The 3-D animated video also shows your new Pool during the day and night. This is so you can see the pool lights and amenities that are offered "ie" Pool Features, BBQ deck, outdoor TV and so on. When you get in touch with Project Manager, "Nick" and you explain your Pool needs, He will arrange the data then go on to email you a link that takes you to the animated video that shows you what Pool Perfection can do above and beyond of your oasis dreams. You can also tweak your vision as needed and they will update your Pools 3-D animated video as needed.

Thank God, we didn't go and use another company. A special thanks to Nick for all the hard work he put in and after all this time he still answers our questions after the job was done.

We moved into a new home and had planned on having a nice outdoor living space. Came across Pool Perfection by online search, read the reviews and contacted them. Steve, the designer, listened to what I envisioned the pool will be and then draw out of his design plan using 3D which was pretty cool and really gave us a view on how the pool will come out. He came up with a budget that seemed to be reasonable to what we wanted which was better than any other pool company quited us. I loved his design as well. During the process, Nick and the team worked on ensuring the steps and time frame is being met. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances with permits etc, it took a bit of time to get going again. Nick was available for any questions we had. Their owner, Shai, has also been involved, making sure that everything is going as planned and to address any issues along the way. Even the ladies at the office, answered all our questions and follow ups. The pool and outdoor kitchen came out great! My son loves it! My family spends more time out there than inside! Our neighbors had been complimentary on how it came out really nice, so most of them are looking into putting up a pool soon. We want to thank Pool Perfection for creating this dream space so we can enjoy our new home. We highly recommend for you to get Pool Perfection for any of your pool needs.

Pool Perfection exceeded every expectation we had for our pool renovation. I cant even believe this is the same pool! It looks incredible, The color is amazing, every detail was precise and any questions we had were addressed quickly. Amazing turnaround time too. They got the job done quickly and even had someone come pressure wash so that our pool deck was clean and sparkling when they left it. Ray was amazing throughout the design process and made great recommendations. Brandon was a fantastic project manager and was always transparent, communicative and available. He was here nearly everyday throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The owner even called a couple times to make sure we were happy. Fantastic company, great quality work, and will recommend them to others!

Everyone at Pool Perfection was fantastic, especially Nick!!!!!! Nick made sure that everything was coordinated & the work flow was fantastic!!!!!! Our project was a bit challenging but you'd never know that was the case. We couldn't be happier with the whole process & end result. Pool Perfection exceeded our expectations on the project. Everything was either early or on schedule and no surprises. Nick is an excellent Project Manager and communicator. He stayed in constant contact and was readily available to answer any questions. Even our neighbors commented on how fast our pool and deck were remodeled. Overall a great experience.

He designed our pool area exactly how we envisioned it and worked with our not very common property line. He set deadlines which were beat as far as when the project would get started! Moving on to the pool build process! 7 WEEKS!!! Yup, 7 weeks to build a pool that required a large footer and retaining wall plus enclosure. We were supposed to be swimming in November, deadline was beat by swimming end of September!! This was all possible thanks to our Project Manager Nick!! Nick completely blew our minds away with his service. We were updated just about daily regarding our pool build and every single step. No surprises here. Communication was on point- Nick always answered right away and if not I would get a callback within an hour. He planned this whole build so every week something was being done. Neighbors and friends were blown away to how fast everything went. Sub contractors were very nice and did a phenomenal job. They were also very respectful of surrounding properties and neighbors. As with any construction sometimes issues arise and Nick was on top of it. No stress here on our end. This man works very hard and deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Nick!!
