Back in January of 2020 my home burned down and I lost my best friend. Farmers insurance helped me select Paul Davis Restoration as a preferred builder and they immediately secured my home. Following our first meeting I was assigned Jed as the contractor and Rusty as the foreman. The team inventoried my home and cleaned out all the remaining debris and all that remained was a sparse shell and the foundation. The house was a total loss. Jed got his team going and started work even before they received their first check. They kept me involved with every phase of the rebuild. I never had to fight about anything and they were very reasonable with respect to my wishes and upgrades to the home. I was given fair prices and a team that was more than capable of executing. They finished a total and complete rebuild of my home and the work was so good that I now have Jed and Paul Davis working on my second home. They are now my go to contactor for all jobs because they maintained integrity from the begining to completion with a quality to match. If you choose Paul Davis, ask for Jed as your contractor and Rusty. I added some before and after photos. You can see how sever the damage was and how impressive the final rebuild looked.

The only good thing about a broken water line and flooded basement was the incredible help by Paul Davis and Carson’s team. Our living space was destroyed and we had to be in an hotel until they fixed it and I don’t exaggerate when I say the company that was the easiest to work with through this nightmare was Paul Davis. They were a huge help every step of the way from support, to the inspector, to the moving crew.

Excellent restoration specialist. Kept me abreast of every step of my project. Staff very knowledgeable with very good communication skills. The only concern I encountered was billing. Very difficult to receive return calls to complete payment. I would recommend this company for mitigation and restoration or any project you might need their expertise.

We recently had water damage in our home and turned to Paul Davis Restoration for help. While the process had a couple of hiccups—such as an extended mitigation phase due to moisture meter readings on the tile floor and some initial issues with the taping and texture work—Ethan was instrumental in resolving the moisture reading issue and ensuring our tile floor was saved.
Additionally, Kenny went above and beyond to make sure the contractors returned to fix any problems, ensuring the final work was done right. We had a sprinkler head freeze and explode, flooding the walls and floors. Paul Davis came out the next day. Their team did a great job. They were professional, communicative, and very accommodating. Their work was very thorough and meticulous. I definitely recommend them. We are mid process. Hoping for the same quality from their restoration team.
