Valerie came to our house on a service call for an issue with our hot water heater. She diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and informed my wife that there was nothing wrong with the water heater. She took the time to explain her troubleshooting process and also educated my wife on the need to purge the heater at least once a year to avoid issues down the road. We highly recommend America N.W. if you have a plumbing issue in your home!
Adding to the review above, we now use American NW for HVAC as well. They were out helping us with a water heater issue and noticed that the furnace was cycling abnormally. We got on the schedule for a service call the next day and Zack came out in the morning to take care of the issue. Because we are members of their service program, the charge was way less than we were expecting and we were once again educated on how to prevent issues in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Zach was so helpful and went out of his way to help us get our thermostat/furnace wiring fixed! We run Airbnbs and Zach was so prompt to come out before our guests arrived and was very friendly and easy to communicate with ! Will definitely continue to use America NW Plumbing for our HVAC and plumbing needs!

Cant say enough about this company! Called first thing this morning because I had a leak under my kitchen sink the lady who answered the phone said they didn't have any openings but then she said she could squeeze me in, had two guys show up 2 hours later and they were very polite and funny. They looked at the leak and before I could sign the one guy was already getting tools to go to work! They had it all done within 30 minutes thank you Manny and Zack it was a pleasure, you guys will be my go to on any plumbing or HVAC.

I would highly recommend these guys. I had a water leak in my guest bath and the gas furnace had to be removed to complete the repair. They removed the furnace, replumbed the guest bathroom, replumbed the water for the wash machine and installed a new dishwasher in for me for a great price. Zach, one of their furnace techs is an awesome guy, friendly, courteous and get things done quickly.

UPDATED: once again America NW came through. Our water heater went out on a Friday before a long weekend. (OF COURSE IT DID!!) They came over at the end of their long day, said we needed a new heater (ours was 20 years old).
They went to the plumbing supplier that day because they were going to be closed on Saturday, came back Saturday and installed it before they left for the long weekend.
I highly recommend this company.
If you decide to use this company, and I recommend you do, be sure to ask for Wallace, he is amazing. He went above and beyond when the plumbing supply company gave us the wrong parts. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left the job.

Val and Manny were awesome! I had a horrible experience with a plumber from Gold Seal. He was rude, condescending and marked up the price way more than it should have been. I ended up asking him to leave. I just needed help connecting a natural gas line. Val and Manny from America NW plumbing were kind, quick and even double checked the line again at the end. The price was half the price from what Gold seal jerk had said! I would definitely go with America NW plumbing again! Thank you for a much better experience!

After 2 other heating & air companies failed to diagnose my furnace issues and $400 later for them trying to chip away at what was wrong, I called America NW for help. Not only did they send someone to my house immediately on a Friday evening, but they sent Zach who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Gave us options and was honest and forthcoming. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a quick fix to keep us temporarily warm through the weekend while he got the equipment we needed that following Monday. When he came back he was again very communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. I highly recommend him and this company. Sheena at the office was also very attentive and helpful!

American NW Plumbing is awesome! My husband and I called to request a consultation with a plumber who could teach us how to winterize our condo. We first talked with Sheena in the office, who assured us that the plumber would be able to tell us everything we needed to know. We were so impressed when Wallace came to our home and walked us through the winterizing process and explained in detail and actually walked us through the steps. After he showed us how to winterize our entire home, he walked us through the steps we would need to follow to open the house back up. He explained what to watch for and told us where we could get the products needed. Wallace was professional and friendly. He spent more than an hour with us and answered all of the questions we had. He checked our water heater, toilets, sinks etc., and told us to please call him if we had any further questions. When we asked how much we owed him, he told us that this was all part of his job. The service given by Wallace and American NW Plumbing was invaluable. We also appreciate the honor given by the company to Service Members, First Responders and older adults. Thank you to Wallace, Sheena, the Owner and all the staff at American NW Plumbing.

Met this gentleman several months ago while he was working on a neighbors problem. Fair price for the job and respectful so I kept his info and called for appointment.I developed a second problem after I finally called for service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and explained procedures and issues along with catching other potential problems. As time was already scheduled, he needed to come another day. The following morning Marcy called as they had time. So in two days time, I had kitchen faucet replaced and bathroom water line replaced in reasonable time and reasonable cost.Highly recommend this company. Evan will be my go to!

We needed a new water heater ASAP. I was very impressed with their customer service! Phone was answered promptly, service was scheduled quickly, and their technicians were personable, friendly, and efficient.
