Mike and the team did a fantastic job with a sump pump installation, taking careful care of my (almost 100 y.o. home) he was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to upsell anything we did not need or ask for. This is what most people are looking for and cannot find these days, a rare gem! Thank you Mike, for the hard to come by, honest and professional service. Mike worked with me to get it done, using a smoke test to solve an intermittent smell problem that had been plagued me for sometime. Mike installed an under sink water filter and spout. He was very patient while my wife debated the location of the faucet. If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are incredible. Had your classic DIYer issue. Cracked a pipe at 4:30pm and had to scramble. Mike was able to come out that night to take a look. Set us up with a first thing appointment the next day. Mark came out and fixed my mess and did it all proper. Everyone was incredibly professional and timely. Pricing is extremely fair. After several failed DIY attempts and scheduling two other plumbers, I called Perfect Service hoping for a sooner appointment. Although I was initially skeptical of their AI booking system, I was quickly connected with Mike, who happened to be working nearby and could arrive within the hour. It's right there in the name, The Perfect Service is truly the best. Mike and his team do very high quality work at very fair prices and best of all they are super communicative, punctual and really nice to work with. From the emergency moments, saving us when we had burst pipes in the middle of the night, to the functional, replumbing our entire house, to the beautiful, installing fixtures in our new kitchen and bathrooms, they do it all well.
