Lynx Security Systems came out today to service our home alarm, replace the keypad, and fix an issue with our cameras. We hadnt been able to view them since a power outage, and the technician quickly figured it out and got everything working again. He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeableexplained everything clearly and made the process easy. Were very happy with the service and plan to have them back soon to upgrade our system. Highly recommend!

I am brand new customer. I had a NICE/ELAN smart home system installed in my newly built home about 12 years ago by a different vendor. Unfortunately they were not very interested in basic customer service unless it involved a significant installation or upgrade ($$$). I didn't think there would be anyone interested in taking over an existing system due to it being highly technical, proprietary, and complicated. Not so.
Jesse Kosko came out personally for an assessment and followed up with several significant upgrade options. The upgrade was extensive on the security side with 5 new cameras and cloud monitoring. Additionally I am an audiophile, and we upgraded much of the hardware and its configuration, much of which had fallen into disrepair.
I ended up spending some serious coin, and I picked Lynx because I am accustomed to dealing with professionals, both in my career and in life. They completely lived up to my high expectations.
This is a large and successful business, and it shows.

Ive used Lynx Systems for my home alarm for the past three years and I highly recommend them. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Jesse the owner, came over during install and walked me through everything. He provided different options for my home security based on my needs. They also installed a Sonos sound system throughout my home, which sounds amazing. All of their employees that I worked with were extremely professional and super friendly. Cant recommend them enough.
