The people at Spicewood plumbing are very nice and we have used them for years. With that being said we were charged today $195., service charge for LESS than an hour to tell us we must call the AC people. We are senior citizens on fixed incomes & believe the service charge is excessive. Thank you, L. Gonzalez

Brandon came out today and fixed a leaking backflow valve. Very professional and quick repair. It was a pleasure to have him look over our system and he provided us with advice and some suggestions about upgrading our softener system. When I built my house, Spicewood Plumbing did all the plumbing work and has provided excellent support for the past three years as needed. Due to the poor water quality from our service provider here I had a water softener to take out the calcium but needed to have a second system to take out contaminants. Brandon came out and provided excellent information and we went with a refiner system. His installation was thorough, he tidied up all the plumbing between the two systems, tested it and did an excellent job. Good news also, is that the next time theres a main break I will have to boil water because the refiner takes care of it. Anytime I need plumbing work done, I call Spicewood Plumbing.

Spicewood plumbing has great customer service. They always get back to me quickly and are easy to communicate with.
Their service guys are knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I never feel like they are pushing something on me. They always take the time to make sure I understand the issue and work with me to find the best solution. I can't imagine calling anyone else!

I couldn't be more pleased. From beginning to end the service was friendly and professional. The office folks got me on the schedule the same day I called. The plumber arrived when they said he would, fixed my faucet and left everything spotless. The price was fair. Spicewood Plumbing will be my go-to from today on.

Great Experience. Called in the morning for emergency service , my hot water tank was leaking and they were here in a few hours. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also saw a few things that he recommended I do in the future as far as the piping for better efficiency. I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues.
