Ryan and his crew were great! I had my sewer and water main replaced. They discovered a fiber optic line going through my sewer, contacted the city for me, and documented the situation so that I could get a rebate from owner of the fiber line. A messy situation ended up being pretty seamless. Even if I was responsible for the entire bill, their pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes I received.

Showed up on time ready to work and help me make my decisions on the work being done. I was going to do just one shut off valve and they suggested to me since this one went bad. Rick, their service tech arrived when stated. He was polite and appropriately dressed. He identified himself. He assessed the plumbing problem of the shower control valve, after talking to me first and the doing a hands on evaluation. He then told me what the charges would be. Note that he did have other packages that he did try to up-sell me at that time also. But I was only interested in just fixing the valve itself. Rick said fine and went ahead with the repairs. He did come prepaired with a work box with all tools and the cartridge that I needed. So there was no running back and forth from a vehicle parked out side, which was a time saver. The repair went fast and he checked everything when he was done. He also let both me and my wife check the operation of the shower control valve. Note that he did put protection down in the shower while he was working.
