S&E Remodeling

I contracted S&E Remodeling inc to replace my cedar shingle siding with Superior James Hardy board cement fiber siding and to replace my existing front door with a new superior Therma Tru door I ordered independent of the S&E contract. My overall evaluation of the Project: I am very happy with the work S&E Remodeling performed on my house. I would like to thank Tom for his outreach and Customer handling, Chris for managing the Project, Tracy for coordinating information and communication, Yaniv with help getting the work right, and Jesus & the other on the crew getting the work done.
S&E Remodel Inc competed in an open bid against more than 7 other construction companies and presented themselves as the best company. Through Knowledge of the work process and material, guarantee of labor and material, resume and personal recommendation, and ability to take on my home improvement project to my specific requirements and plans, S&E Remodel Inc presented by Chris made the case it was the best company to manifest my housing dream, and having received the contract proceeded to prove that case true.
The project was not without difficulties, as a large remodel such as this will encounter some conflict and issues, but through continuous communication with Tracy, the Project stayed on track and the issues were sorted out in a way I feel was acceptable. I also had issues on my end as my new door was delayed significantly in its delivery, but S&E Remodeling worked with me so my project was not delayed into the raining season and my door was installed when it finally arrived.
This is a good company to work with.

The staff are very professional and on time. Great communication. I will continue to use their services for all my housing needs from the exterior of my house to include replacing my fence and remodeling my new kitchen and in the future building me an outside deck. I am truly happy with this company and you will be too.

Great value really helpful for design options

We recently hired S & E Remodeling for a home remodeling project, (bedroom and bath) the experience was great from start to finish. The team was professional and extremely skilled. Our project manager, Cristian, listened carefully to our needs, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us informed every step of the way.

The quality of the work exceeded our expectations everything was done with great attention to detail . The crew, especially Alex, Ernesto plus Cesar and his team were respectful especially Alex, Cesar and team, Ernesto was respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and made the process as stress-free as possible.

We couldnt be happier with the results and highly recommend S & E Remodeling to anyone looking for top-notch remodeling work. They truly take pride in their craft!

SE has been wonderful! I accidentally found them and working with David and the team was very easy. They are all very professional, nice, and they did great work for the two projects we tackled.

Last year I had Yaniv, Alex and his crew help me out with a kitchen remodel, which included removing a load bearing wall, they were very accomidating and responded very well to my questions and suggestions. They were very easy to work with, and courteous throughout the process, we were very pleased with the final result. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for help in a remodel. We can't say enough about the professionalism, reliability and excellent work done by S&E Remodeling. Easy to work with, on time, and our poor little 90's bathroom was successfully brought into 2025. The remodel teams are so hard working. On inspection Alex and Yani made sure we were happy with the results. Couldn't be more pleased thanks to Yani and his team.

My mom and I were victims of bad contractors. The shower valve in one of our upstairs bathrooms ruptured and ruined our flooring downstairs, half the kitchen ceiling and the adjoining bathroom was torn apart to fix the valve. Decided to remodel everything since it was all ruined. We used Google to find a contractor and, we ended up narrowing it down to two.

There were several reasons we chose S&E Remodeling to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. First, Yani, the owner, offered to meet us at a local cabinet store to find the right cabinets and counter tops which we did. Second, his employees are his family and, he regularly supervised their work. Third, he would call us whenever he came by. Our contact was often and appreciated. Fourth, he estimated the work would take no longer than 3-4 weeks to complete. It was finished in 3 weeks!

And finally, our house looks better than the day we purchased it!

So, based on our experience, we would recommend S&E Remodeling to anyone who needs a contractor and, we would definitely work with Yani and histeamagain.

My kitchen remodel with S&E Remodeling was smooth from start to finish.

The estimate we received was reasonable and in market range. Our estimate was very through and well documented compared to the10 other companies/contractors I contacted. You know exactly where your money is going and the bid isn't lumped together into one astronomical amount.

If I expressed any needs or wants I felt that I was heard and understood. Yani ensured the items needed for the kitchen were ordered and present prior to starting the project. My fianc and I had a running list of tiny things we wanted addressed during the project and Alex was there to work on whatever needed attention and by the end of the project we had no concerns on our list left. Alex does very well cleaning up the work area each day. I felt that the materials/vendors used were sufficient. What I envisioned for my project and how it turned out exceeded my expectations. Lastly, Yani and Alex beat the projected timeline of how long the kitchen remodel would take and I got to enjoy my kitchen earlier than expected.

Very grateful to have S&E in our community and I'm so excited they made my dreams come true. Together Yani and Alex bumped my home value and I now have a functional modern looking kitchen.
