What a great experience working with Drew and team. He clearly outlined the way the reimbursement would work, provided financing options to bridge the gap in the funding and came out and did an amazing job. It wasnt easy getting it up on the pedestal and finding a spot for it to drain. Overall, super impressed with their professionalism and communication. So happy with my new heat pump water heater!!!!

My plumbing technician came out, was very professional, very friendly, very helpful. The problem is solved by the time they left. My only issue was that he quoted me the price for the repair based upon my description of what was needed rather than on his investigation, and ultimately, he found out that he did not even need to replace the part, just Tweak a valve. Since no $100 part was needed I kind of expected a discount on the price. But Im not too upset because as I said, everything else was great, and the problem was solved.

Arthur was incredible! Showed up early to address a surprise leak from a tankless water heater. He knew exactly what to do and had the parts available to solve the problem. 2 hours later and my issue was resolved. Importantly, Arnold provided a solution that will make sure we don't ever have to deal with this again!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink, Drew and the team at wish granted got out the same day to check it out, merge the two sides of the sink (old setup) and cleared the pipes quickly providing video footage of what would be the next steps for a long term solution because we have old pipes. It was great having a Plummer near me in Huntington Beach that came out and installed my New water heater that is completely compliant with the new laws coming out. I also received a great rebate, thank you for the recommendation. They installed my new water softener system that wasnt even theirs and they did a great job. Amazing job my wife is happy and so is my life! Not only were they friendly, quick, but when I had an issue, which I may have caused, they came out immediately rectify my concerns, which was a simple to fix. you just dont find a plummber as nice as these guys. I was looking for a replacement 40 gal gas water heater, meet Drew from the company through a Navien tankless website authorized referral.
Drew presented me with my options, not pressuring me in any one direction. Gave me an introduction to Bradford Whites heat pump water heater, something I knew nothing about. After our meeting and some "Google" research, we decided on the heat pump water heater. The best place to locate it was from a hallway closet to the garage. During our conversation, I expressed my desire to install an electrical subpanel and Drew's company offers licensed electrician services.
Long story longer, they installed the heater relocating it into the garage with a subpanel and a recirculation pump. Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Did a great job and did a thorough clean up afterwards . Highly recommend this company.

Carter was wonderful, knowledgeable and quick! I woke up this morning to my 17 year old water heater kicking the bucket! I was called very quickly after requesting a quote and Carter was here within a couple hours, at the time I asked him to be here! He uninstalled my own unit and put in our new one quickly. I had a great experience and would recommend and definitely use them again! Thanks!
