The house we purchased had baseboard heaters that were powered by an oil furnace, but heated up by water. We weren't sure who to call for this project, but I reached out to Trusted Plumbing. Jim came by and got back to us with a nice quote to get them removed and hauled away. They did a great job removing them with minimal mess and they were very efficient!! I recently had a leak from my backyard water spout that I couldnt repair myself, was getting worse as the days passed, and with winter approaching, I didnt want to risk a temporary fix. After reading many reviews, I decided to call Trusted Plumbing and Heating and Im so glad I did.
Johnathan and Brandon came out to do the repair, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how they shared their knowledge and explained things clearly.
The work they completed was absolutely perfect. On top of that, they were very respectful of my home, both inside and out, and made sure everything was left neat and clean.

We have been using trusted plumbing and heating since two thousand and twenty. We have never regretted spending the money on their craftsmanship. They are a one and done company. We've never had to have them come back to make fine-tunes or adjustments on anything. They do the work the work is done. That's the end of it. We will continue to use them if we need them in the future.

Jim was great!! He took a very challenging clog in our kitchen and was persistent enough to get it out. He also expertly steered away from what another plumber had recommended which would have made a huge mess in hindsight. To top it off, we now have another drain clean out installed to make future clean outs easier. Really great work and professional.

Cant say enough about these folks! We had a water leak at the base of a powder room toilet. TP&H sent a team the day we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a clump of roots that had snuck into the septic tank main drain line blocking the whole system! They quickly cleared the blockage so we could use the drains and came back the next day for line repair. Clint and John had to dig up the section of drain pipe which was under not only a low deck but also a concrete slab the deck was built over. They did this efficiently and even restored the deck so you couldnt even tell theyd been there. Also installed risers over the septic tank lids. Huge kudos to James, Aaron, Clint and John who were all friendly, courteous and professional! Would definitely hire again for major jobs.
