Jose is the owner and is very involved to make sure we had the best outcome. His employees were clean, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job installing my high efficiency furnace and 3 ton air conditioner. He also replaced my plenum and ducts. My floors are wood and my walls are light, not one mark on either. His employees very respectful. They also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat that is amazing. The whole system was installed in one day and it works absolutely excellent.
We interviewed 3 other companies and select Shalom. I would highly recommend Shalom Heating and Air. They did over and above my expectations.

Shalom HVAC is a family-owned business, in the best way possible. We worked with Orlando throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was thoughtful toward my homes needs. We appreciated the extra time he took to explain the differences between the different options as well communicating the various logistics involved. It was very clear that he had our best interest in mind when going over the cost, logistics, and maintenance. From our interactions, I got the impression that Orlando wouldnt give us any recommendations that he wouldnt make for his family.

Max from Shalom came out for service as I noticed the unit was clicking prior to ignighting. He found that my new roof installation pushed a vent to leak on the heating unit. Max worked with my roof vendor to resolve this unique problem! Schalom Heating & Air is an honest, trustworthy vendor who go out of their way to provide outstanding service. I have a Home Protection Plan so when my heater no long worked, I contacted my Home Warranty company and they sent out Shalom heating and Air. I had never used them. I must say from start to finish they were TOP notch! City inspector came out today to check work to pass permit and Orlando from Shalom was here for them! The city inspector made a comment out the door that NO COMPANY ever is there during final inspection and he was impressed with this company as well, saying it made it easy to have any questions answered! Years ago I had issues with my window air conditioner unit. I called them to come out to fix it not knowing the only deal with main air conditioning units. The gentleman was still patient and it was an easy fix and he fixed it for me for free. I told him if I ever got ac in my house I would call them. Fast forward to a few days ago when I had my home ac unit installed. The crew was great, cleaned up behind themselves and super nice. Highly recommend and great company to use for your air conditioning.

Wow!! In these days of terrible customer service these people stand out. Max came on time and did the work with no fuss or mess. Shalom Heating & Air was the 5th HVAC company my home protection warranty company called out to fix my furnace. Shalom Heating and Air was the 1st HVAC company that agreed to go up on my roof and actually solve my compressor issues. Dennis was on time and is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I just had an AC and furnace installed by Shalom Heating and Air conditioning. After several quotes I chose Shalom. Mr. Nolasco is an honest, considerate, and kind-hearted man. His price is fair, reasonable and affordable. Maxie gave a no pressure free-estimate. He was patient and great. The workers are respectful, friendly, and professional. There's not enough positive words to describe my appreciation of Shalom Heating and Air. After termite fumigation last fall, the gas company came out and red-tagged my furnace as a recall unit. That meant shopping for a furnace. I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes including from a major membership company that I frequently shop at. The quotes were all over the place and Shalom was able to come in at competitive quote for the same equipment. Winter started to get cold and we needed the furnace installed. They were able to come right after the new year and got my old system and ducts yanked out and installed a new unit with new ducts and installed a catwalk in the attic where I previously did not have one. They were clean and fast. Afterwards, they helped me understand the rebate submission process along with the testing and inspections that were required. Bianca was quick to answer questions and Jose's team are the real deal. Be sure you include Shalom when you gather quotes for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Shalom Heating and Air did a fantastic job doing a change out of my AC and heating systems. I have a very small attic crawl space and didnt know if my ducts could be changed out. Joses crew were able to gain access to the attic and removed and replaced the duct work. The crew was very knowledgeable and completed all the work the same day. They were very clean and another crew showed up later in day and removed the old equipment and duct work. The American Standard system works like a champ and we are more than pleased with the work Shalom Heating and Air did. Thank-You Jose and crew. I will be referring them to everyone and anyone.

I called to make an appointment for a free estimate and they were able to come out the next day. I met with owner Jose and he gave me a few options for my home which has never had air conditioning before. This was my 3rd bid and it was a good price compared to the other quotes i got from the costco and homedepot contractors. I decided to move forward with Shalom becuase Jose gave me the information i was seeking along with the best options for my home.I decided go with a 16 seer American Standard air conditioner. The workers arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They put down tarps to protect my wood floors which i appreciated vary much. The work was completed and Im vary impressed. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend Shalom to anyone looking for quality work and a great price.
