I was thoroughly impressed with my first experience with Universal HVAC Group. On a Sunday morning, our air conditioner unexpectedly broke down. The temperature that day soared above 90 degrees with intense humidity, and we were in the midst of preparing to host a birthday party for my 1-year-old son. With a large number of guests expected within the next couple of hours, the timing couldn't have been worse.

I reached out to several heating and cooling companies throughout the city, but none were available on a Sunday, and the earliest appointments were not until the following week. I knew it was a long shot to find someone who could come out on such short notice, especially on a Sunday morning.

He assured me that he was on his way and would be at our home within 15 minutes.

The technician was incredibly thorough and efficient, all while being considerate of the fact that we were preparing for our son's birthday party.
