Amazing. After all the run around you get trying to get a get a key fob (from stores speakerships give as to why they charge $$$$, to rent coders and all the calls) Philly Lock a smith was great. Referring. Honest, professional, competitive pricing, no games, on time, completed job quickly. Friendly, was notrushing - and the type of person you would want as your neighbor.

Amazing service! I lost my car key fob while on vacation in Mexico. While in the Cancun airport I called Locksmith Philly and explained the situation. My car was parked at a hotel near the airport and our flight wouldn't be in until late. He told me not to worry and it would be done and he would leave the key with the desk. I gave him my car information to verify. He sent me a video of the key fob working in my car and I was able to venmo payment. This turned a really stressful situation around. I highly recommend!

Dealing with these guys your dealing with an honest company and someone who takes pride in making the customer satisfied . He goes above and beyond truly. I called him around noon to ask if they could replace a car key that was lost and if there was any way he could turn a regular old Carkey into a flip key. Not only did he give me the flip key I asked for but the ones he was trying weren't really compatible with my key ignition and alarm.he kept trying until he got it to work (2 keys later)and this only took about 30 minutes . He showed up on time,helped withwhat I needed help with and even gave me 5$ off the price for gas ! This company is the best around hands down . You regret calling them!

I bought a home in Philly needing lock services before I even arrive. Leo was there in a flash, let himself in, inspected two locks/door handles both to the exterior, said he could have them repaired in a day. And he did! He sent me a video, charged a very fair price for such a short notice, and I know I will be delighted and thankful when I arrive in a few weeks time! I am much obliged, and am delighted to be part of a community with people like Locksmith Philly in it!

Awesome customer service. Showed up last week for a simple key duplication and saw the shop was temporarily closed due to being on a service call. Luckily, an employee was still sitting in one of their vehicles and saw me looking confused at the sign in the window. He asked me if I needed help and ran in to make me two copies of my key before leaving for his service call. Super nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my key needs in the future (much better than dealing with the Big Box stores). Thank you so much again for your help that day. I wish I had gotten your name, but you seriously helped me out immensely.

Had to meet up with one of these guys for a friend because he broke the FOB on his key. Never really dealt with a locksmith before, but he made it super easy. Really laid back guy, the service was phenomenal, and his accent was awesome. The key making was at a very decent price and didn't take long at all. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommend them!

All the good reviews on this business were totally on point! I would give them a 10 on a scale of 5!! Very professional and very knowledgeable; this is so hard to find these days. He was prompt and I always reached someone directly when I called.
I was so apprehensive about having my lock changed at the last minute because it has all these features and I'm expecting a lot of traffic this coming week, but after meeting him, I put all my concerns to rest. There were a lot of problems with my installation due to a damaged "new" lock and previous poor workmanship, but he assured me he would come back today after I went out and bought a replacement, and he did. In addition, he corrected the misaligned holes on the door and frame, and fixed the latch on my handle. All this took a least double the estimated time so I expected the cost to go up, but it didn't. When I offered him additional money, he refused (so add trustworthy to the list). By the way, the cost was much less than I expected, very reasonable.
I am so happy with the workmanship and so excited that I have a locksmith for all my future projects.

Leo was very nice and personable. I got locked out of my house because of a bad lock. He was quick with showing up and getting everything fixed. He was also thorough in answering any and all questions (which my mom had plenty of). I would definitely recommend.
