Great group to get the job done. I contacted them and all they responds was prompted. The price they quoted was the price they charge. My roof is alots better than the one I had and it looks great. After struggling to find a company to repair our metal roof on our commercial building, let alone show up for an estimate, we were lucky to find ORB Roofing Solutions. Carl came out and performed and extensive and detailed inspection of our roof. When I received the portfolio with detailed information and photos of the areas of concern, I was shocked at the level of detail and information provided in the estimate. The Portfolio left me with no concern of what will be repaired and the pricing of each repair and area of concern. I will always feel comfortable highly recommending ORP to everyone.

I am writing this review about Jake Shoemaker. Our roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian. I immediately started calling roofing companies the next morning and Jake was the only roofer to get back to me within 48 hours. All others I called either didn't call me back or if they did, it wasn't for almost 10 days later. Jake had a crew to our house that next morning to tarp our roof.
While we didn't specifically use Orb Roofing Solutions for our new metal roof, Jake was amazing throughout the entire process for the company he was working with at the time. Our roof was completed last month (March 2023) and I am leaving the review here rather than the other roofing company's site, because we worked directly with Jake, and I want to give credit where credit is due.
Jake stayed in constant contact with me, and even met the insurance inspector at our home. He provided pictures to the insurance company, invoices, whatever was needed.
Jake even personally came to our home to inspect our roof, and nail down some sections of the underlayment that were flapping around in the wind. He consistently made sure our job was done with precision.
Thanks to Jake pushing the roofing company to move on our home, and his expertise in the roofing industry, our new metal roof looks amazing. There's still so many people in Cape Coral that need roofs, and we're extremely grateful to Jake for all he did for us.

We have been working with Orb Solutions at our Facility for the last 11 months and every service they have provided has been second to none. They Project Managed a $1 million dollar roof restoration and repair project for us and saved us well over $100,00 from the original contractors bids we received. They have also done roof repairs on some of our other campus buildings with quick response, attention to detail and great craftsmanship. They have provided detailed roof inspections which outlined immediate/emergency repairs needed as well as put together a preventive maintenance program to head off any future emergency repairs. The owners, Chris and Carl, are involved in every project from start to finish. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking roofing needs.
