33 Years ago Dils Roofing installed my roof when I had the home built. So when time for a redoing the roof, we hired Dils Roofing again. They were outstanding. Impressed on how they worked on the repair needed and the roof itself. I took pictures daily and posted on our home web site and neighbors commented on how great it looked. They even did extra per wife's request on trim color. We were very happy with them and they are the best.

I've been having problems with my roof leaking from where my solar panels were installed and installed incorrectly. Solar company told me I needed to have a roofer inspect my roof and write up a report stating that the panels are the reason why my roof leaks,before they will even take responsibility for the leaks and, fingers crossed, will fix it. Josh came out to inspect my roof and when he got a good look at it ,he was shocked at the poor quality of work done by the solar company ! He was very knowledgeable and showed me things I didn't even know were wrong. He wrote up his report with clear strong evidence showing the solar company's negligence of installation. I give Josh and his experience of roofing a 5 star rating! I recommend Dil's roofing company above all others!! Thanks

Dils installed our roof for solar panels when we did an addition to our house about 12 years ago. The solar installers had the wrong standoffs so they corrected an error in a timely manner. During the work, it rained heavily before we were water tight. Early that morning the crew called and came to inspect. There was a leak but it was from stucco work. However they wanted to take the opportunity to check their work against the elements proactively. Every couple of years we call for an inspection and repair to insure our roof is sound. We believe strongly in preventive maintenance. They work with our calendar and explain all their recommendations in detail and offer options. Were very pleased with their responsiveness, professional demeanor, and in-line prices. Ive referred them to others without hesitation.

A Dils team repaired our roof leak and replaced some rain-damaged wood beneath the tile over the course of a week. We hardly knew they were here except for occasional hammering. Dils price was reasonable. Viewing the repaired roof area from across the street, there is no indication they were ever here. The repaired area blends in perfectly with the original tile. Upon their departure, the team left their work area on the ground cleaner than our gardener usually does. I can whole heartedly recommend Dils to you if you need any work done regarding your roof.

With all of the rain last winter it has been hard to find a roofer to do a roof repair rather than a roof replacement. Add to that the need to remove and replace solar panels ... one company wanted $16K just for that!
Dils handled it. They were much more reasonably priced and did a great job. They cleaned up daily and were courteous and professional.
