I have had two experiences with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. A clogged gutter caused water damage to an area in our finished basement. Since i dont go down often, mold formed in the walls and carpet. The company came promptly when called and was so easy to work with. They kept me posted during the repairs and were great about keeping to a timeline.
Just recently I called Jordan again to check to see if I had a mold problem in my bedroom since my allergies were acting up. He came the next day and gave me a free inspection. More importantly he relieved my mind. I highly recommend calling Jordan for your needs.

Jordan had his team member Austin Winters responded immediately to minimize the damage to my home. The work that was performed was top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. They were so professional and did a great job of sealing off the area they were fixing and cleaning up after themselves wiping everything down they did great. There were two guys that were here. Ones name was Austin and I wish I would have gotten the others name. Awesome job guys. Even worked around my kids being home from snow days

1-800 Water Damage was phenomenal throughout our project. There were unforseen issues that came up, which is normal in any large project, but all issues were addressed professionally and efficiently. Adam Brockway went out of his way to assure we had everything we wanted and were pleased with our basement. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and was accessible to reach, even on nights and weekends. The final product, our completely remodeled basement, is phenomenal. We are astounded with the customer service and quality of work we received. We hope that we won't be needing these services anytime in the near future, as this was due to a home insurance claim, but would happy to use their services again if necessary. We would recommend the company, Adam, and his crew to anyone looking to complete a demo or remodel project.

Austin was wonderful to work with. He was extremely careful of my house in every way. He was respectful, efficient and prompt to arrive. He always alerted me when he was on his way and gave me plenty of time to meet him at the house. I cannot say enough about him. He was polite. He was great. He explained everything. He was going to do everything that he had done and told me everything I needed to know. He alleviated any fears that I had of the procedure and made me feel that my house would be safe after he left and finished his work. He is a fantastic representative of your company.

Our apartment complex recently experienced a major flood from the foundation. It happened on a Friday afternoon, our tenant was is total panic, I'm a new property manager, I wasn't really sure what to do, so I called 1-800-water damage and Jardan was excellent to work with. He and a crew were on site in a matter of a couple hours to begin clean up. They worked through the weekend and into Monday to take care of us. They found mold and immediately called me to figure out a plan. I couldn't have asked for better communication or ease in handling this situation. I hope to not need restoration services again but if we do, I know I can count on 1-800- water damage!
