1-800 Water Damage of Cincinnati/Dayton OH

The crew with 1-800-Water Damage was amazing to work with. From Jason and Jordan coming out to access our damage to Jennifer and Louis for the cleanup work they did, I cant recommend them enough. As a matter of fact, I have recommended 1-800 many times over the years. Being in the insurance industry, you dont want to have a loss happened at your house but having firsthand experiencing the work 1-800 does, it makes you feel good knowing that your prior recommendation of 1-800 to your customers over the years have been taken care of means a lot to me.

Perfect!! Flooded kitchen and finished basement with most of the basement ceiling in the floor, standing water on an already soaked carpet. These days, whenever I find a company this professional and trustworthy I'm always amazed. Jason and his crew were here ASAP and immediately started/completed the work to remove all of the water and damaged areas. They came back promptly every day to do moisture checks and kept me informed of everything in detail. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the restoration piece of the work that is ahead. His knowledge of how to deal with the Insurance company and his honesty convinced me that he was the guy for the job. You just can't expect more from a service provider than I've gotten from him and his crew. I am confident that another great review will be coming after the restoration is complete.

UPDATE!! As mentioned in the previous review, I'm back after asking Jason and crew to handle the restoration work. The professionalism with which the work was was performed was at the same level as the cleanup effort. The "lead" contractor (Mike) was out here EVERY day, and was simply a workhorse. Not only doing HIS work, but running herd over the flooring crew (subcontractor), which was the only part of the job that presented any issues. But as soon as Mike noticed any issues with their work, he was all over them and it was immediately corrected. It was obvious that he and Jason both considered some of the work not up their standards, and it was corrected promptly. At the end, Jason even sent out a crew to give the new hardwood flooring a good cleaning. You just can't ask for more than Jason and his people give you. There is no indication that a flood ever occurred. The drywall, the paint, the appliance installation, carpet & hardwood all look fantastic. I hope I never NEED Jason and his company again, but if I do I won't hesitate to make that call. If only all businesses took this much pride in craftsmanship! We had a flood a couple of years back and ended up with a pretty major case of mold in our basement. We got several quotes from mold remediation companies and decided to go with 1-800-WATER DAMAGE because they really seemed to know their stuff (we worked with Jordan). They were fantastic! Not only did they do a really good job removing and remediating all the mold in the basement, they were punctual (always called when they were a half hour away), polite, hard working and efficient. My dog even liked the workers who came to the house, and he doesnt like anyone. 1-800 WATER DAMAGE did a great job for us, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration or mold remediation services.

Jason, Jordan, David, Kevin and Tyler were in and out of our Condo for many days working to remove and remediate water damage in our basement and were absolutely fantastic! A pipe burst in my finished basement and 1-800 WATER Damage came to my home right away. They were meticulous in cleaning up the water and removing wet dry wall and carpeting. David was wonderful. They were so trustworthy that I put a lockbox outside and they could come and go as they pleased while I was at work. Communication was excellent. They did a superb job replacing my carpeting and walls. They were incredibly patient with the insurance company, detailed all they did, sent many photos, and communicated regularly to avoid problems. Hopefully, this will never happen again, but if it did, they would be my first phone call.

Hurricane Ida blew through our neighborhood, took apart the roof, it rained in our attic and then soaked the walls celings and then into the under flooring. Wyatt and Amanda explained everything to us in a way that made us comfortable. We let them know we had never had this happen while owning our home. I was truly overwhelmed by the damage done to our home. However, these folks sure made part of the process smooth. They were so kind and hard working. Lucia was amazing. This sweet young lady hauled some big pieces of equipment into our home and even went into the crawl space to ensure all the damage was addressed. Would I use them again without a doubt I will continue to recommend them and if ever needed Ill sure use them.

We had a flood in our master bathroom 3 days after we had a new LVP installed. The water ran downstairs through the floor to the basement. Jason was here within an hour of our phone call. He assessed the damage and had a team here within 2 hours. Much of the floor had to be removed. The moved furniture, boxes, covered our furniture with plastic. They cleaned up all the dust with their own equipment, brought in fans, heaters, and professional dehumidifiers. David and his helper visited every day until it was dry. He called to make sure the time was convenient and called again when he was 25 minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did exactly what they said they would do on the timeline they said they would. SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, and EXPERISE! They exceeded our expectations!

Jason and his team were very responsive and helpful when I had a house fire this year. He was clear with instruction and what the process would be like. I always felt that Jason had my best interest in mind and put his whole heart into the project. Lets hope I never need his services again, but if I do, he will be the first person I call. 10/10 recommend.

My elderly parents had a minor water leak from their ice maker/water dispenser in their refrigerator. We had a leak that went down the wall and onto our guest bedroom carpet. David and Louisa were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have had two opportunities to use this company for water damage in our home. On one occasion, a window was left open while we were gone and a significant amount of water came in through the window during a storm. On another occasion, a leak in our water heater lead to water underneath our vinyl flooring in the basement. On both occasions, Mr. Byrd and his team quickly identified that there was water below the flooring and up into the drywall. They immediately provided all of the equipment to dry out the floor in the drywall! They returned a couple times to check the moisture Levels and did not remove the equipment until it was completely dry. We are grateful for this service as we did not have to replace any flooring or drywall nor risk mold damage from not drying it out! Mr. Byrd and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, time efficient and qualified! We are satisfied customers and would highly recommend this company
