I was in the roofing business in Illinois so I know the business. I am too old to get on my roof any more so I called First Rate. The owner Ethan came out right away, gave me what I thought was a fair estimate for a repair. Within a week his repair guys did the job. They were extremely nice, courteous, and respectful. Did a great job. I got a follow up call from Ethan to make sure I was happy with the work before he billed me. Extremely professional company, I highly recommend them for any work needed.

First i have had 2 bid froom different roofing company . And i feel like they are taking advantage of me CALLING EVERYDAY PRESURING ME THAT MAKES UNCOMFORTABLE. Then i took a chance with FIRST RATE ROOFING SERVICES. ETHAN THE OWNER IS VERY HONEST I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE TALKING TO HIM. HE DID NOT PRESURE ME AT ALL he even said i could get anather bid if i want to and the price he gave is reasonabl and affordable. I am satisfied with thier job. I will recomend them to my friend. First Rate Roofing... Name says it all!
They arrived at my house to fixes some leaks in my garage roof.
They removed all the affected areas replacing all the ice and water shield then replaced with the exact shingles. The did an impeccable job. They cleaned and inspected the entire roof fixing any other issues they came across. We had a big mess with moss and debris on one side of the house and they not only cleaned the roof they also treated the roof for the moss. Everywhere they were was completely and thoroughly cleaned up. Cannot thank them enough!

Excellent work. Ethan recommended a TPO membrane roof for our low slope roof. This should have been done by previous roofer. Chris and Cameron completed the job in a day and a half, ripped out rotted decking, and did an immaculate job cleaning up. Super professional crew, wonderful to work with. Very pleased with job. I selected First Rate based on very positive comments from a co-worker.

We were very impressed with First Rate Roofing and Nathan who did our job. Their price was very competitive, and Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with. He responded very quickly to all our messages. The guys went above and beyond what we requested because they were on the roof anyway and little things needed to be done to make the roof perfect. The hype is legit on First Rate Roofing Services and their handyman service subset as well! Not only did they help re-roof a section of our roof but they rebuilt the structure and built us a front yard fence! I have always been hesitant on hiring a company due to the quality I would be receiving for the amount paid. Ethan, Brandon, and all the other team members were incredibly honest, hardworking, and best of all, VERY skilled at what they offer. Look no further, this is the company you want to hire!

I am very impressed with the service I received. Very courteous workers. The arrived on time to start the job. They worked diligently to get the job done and I believe that they did a first rate job as the name implies. In my opinion, this is a reputable company that stands by it promises and performs at a level that is far better than I expected without me having to closely supervise the work product. I called to see if I could get an roof inspection done and Ethan worked me into the schedule same day. 30 minutes later, he was at my house looking at my roof! Expeditious service! He gave me a lot of great info to keep the roof looking good and made me feel confident about the roofing situation. He told me the real facts versus other companies just trying to sell you a new roof. Would recommend First Rate Roofing Services and will be using their service in the future!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I highly recommend them. Ethan, the owner, answered my call the first time, was very knowledgeable, professional and understood that my roof leak was an issue that needed to be addressed immediately. He came out, inspected the whole roof, had it repaired within a week and was very reasonably priced. Other roofing companies never even called me back or were booked out for months. Roof repairs is what Ethan does. This will be the only company I use in the future for roof repairs!

Ethan, the owner, showed the upmost professionalism with all interactions, was respectful to my home, and most of all was truthful about what would be best for my roof in my situation. All the other contractors immediately went to the new roof option when I was receiving estimates.
