Julie Sanfilippo, Cedar House Design Collective co-founder, brings her industrial design expertise and eye for detail honed through roles at the Boston Aquarium and Hasbro. With education from Yale and RISD, she leads drafting, construction plans, project planning, and execution to ensure seamless results reflecting each clients vision.
Erika Twohig
Partner & Creative Design Director
Erika Twohigs entrepreneurial spirit and passion for interiors led her to co-found Cedar House Design Collective. With a business degree from Bryant University and experience managing large brand portfolios, Erika now leads the creative vision, material sourcing, furniture layouts, budgeting, and client relationships for Cedar Houses projects. Inspired by coastal New England, she crafts awe-inspiring interiors that resonate with each clients lifestyle.

I wasn't quiet sure what to expect before my initial consult. I was looking to redo my laundry room and get ideas of how to refresh my house in general. From the moment Erika and Julie came in, they were providing inspiring ideas, and picked up on my style immediately. I've worked with them for several months on a variety of projects and couldn't be happier. They are always conscious of my budget, often finding solutions to decorating within my own house rather than buying new. Their sourcing is creative and if not spot on immediately, they take my feedback and we discuss next steps. But most of all, I love their energy. They spent several hours in my house just hanging, moving and providing recommendations on what to do next...and they were all SPOT ON. When deciding on new family room furniture, they came up with the idea to just swap two of my rooms, and it's absolutely perfect!!! And budget friendly! Timely, responsive, friendly and most of all talented, my experience couldn't have been better and I hope to work with them for many more projects in the future!
