I had a garage door spring break late evening. It broke in such a way that our vehicles were stuck inside because the door was jammed closed and physically unable to open. Literally in a jam, I called Strongdoor and Luis was kind enough to respond the same day. Luis did excellent work, was efficient, and professional. Great experience with Strong Door Garage! I had a different company repair my garage door when the spring broke earlier this year. It lasted only 2 months and then the door broke again trapping my cars inside. Called other companies and they told me 2-3 weeks or maybe they could come sooner and charge an emergency trip charge. I called Strong Door that evening, Luis actually answered the phone and came out that same night. He got parts, came back 8am the next morning, repaired everything (including all the stuff the previous company screwed up) and charged me less than the first company, even though he replaced all of their work and much more. Highest recommendation.
