Due to our basement taking on substantial water last spring we needed to have some drain tile installed this year. Unfortunately, this meant the mastic that had been used on the cement flooring needed to be removed first - old mastic, likely containing asbestos. Jason's team grinds out the adhesive, they do not use chemicals that can leave remnants & potentially still cause exposure during additional projects.
When he came to quote the job, he was very transparent & gave thorough explanation. It was a big project for us. Jason worked with our budget to plan removal for the areas needed - then exceeded all expectations by far. The removal was handled incredibly professionally, we had no concerns. And the level of compassion and consideration for our situation was unmatched. We will 100% be using their services for any future need and give a glowing recommendation for anyone that needs similar work done.
