Travis came out and I explained the problem to him. He immediately took the time to investigate potential causes for the issue. When the time came to look a little deeper for a solution, he experimented to find a way to fix our problem that other plumbers we hired werent able to think of. Dean came to my house today and was absolutely professional. He was quick to diagnose our issue, and fix the problem. I called late afternoon about a plumbing leak in our wall. Travis came right out and was able to locate the damaged pipe and replace that section so that we did not have even further damage done. Very courteous and professional also took time to show and explain the problem and how he was repairing it.

update: I had another issue -- needed a new washer hookup. Not too crazy. They came out a few days later to take a look, gave me an estimate on the spot, and were able to come out the next morning to do the work. It looks fantastic, saved me literally a thousand bucks. I'm still VERY happy with their work and working with them.

Nathan with RooterMan was able to come to my house the same day for a pipe/sewer line backing up. He found the hidden clean out (I had no idea where it was), was super nice/calm/professional and explained everything to me as he found things. Walked me through the whats and hows and got it fixed with minimal intrusion. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him for future needs emergency and non-emergency. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, honestly!

Travis was excellent!!! We had an emergency leak through our ceiling on a Saturday and we were incredibly worried about the amount of damage and how much it would cost. Rooter Man sent Travis out to us asap and he was able to very quickly diagnose what the issue was and fix it for us on the spot! We are so pleased with the results and relieved at the quick resolution and reasonable cost. We cant thank Travis and Rooter Man enough!

Nathan came out and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink/disposal. He also did a quick fix with our toilet in which we barely had water in. He was a nice guy, on time, and professional. Within an hour of calling in, he was able to come out! We have family coming to visit from out of state in just a few days so time was of the essence. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Rooter Man is where it's at if you want quick and professional service at very reasonable rates. Travis was actually able to rearrange his schedule to come by earlier than the reserved appointment, which helped me out. He was very quick and the install was perfect. He offered to haul off the old toliet, which was great. I eill definitely be calling them again!

Alex was a great technician. Had a clogged drain on Saturday morning, he was at my house in 20 minutes and fix the problem in less than an hour. He was friendly professional and turned what I thought to be a disaster of A-day into a rather pleasant experience. I will be using router man for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Professional, friendly, helpful and speedy! Alex was our service technician and was fantastic. Helped us install a new garbage disposal and faucet and walked us through all the features. Quoted a fair price for quality work before he started, disposed of all the old parts, cleaned up the work and didn't even wake up the kids who were napping. My elderly handicapped mother had the sewer backing up into the house on the first floor. I called Rooter Man at 8:36 am and Robert was at her house at 8:58am...that's only 22 minutes! Unbelievable! He was very polite and professional. He determined what he thought the problem was and gave us the estimate. We agreed and he started work immediately. He found the problem to be exactly as he described and got it fixed and back to 100% by 10:30am. He left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Rooter Man and Robert.

Alex was awesome. Needed a sewage line auger on a Sunday; he reached out within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He allowed me to be involved with the fix, from explaining what we were looking at in the camera, to providing advice on next steps. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable or friendly.

Travis is Awesome! While the washer was spinning, the water backed up to my kitchen sink and my toilet bowls. I called Rooter Man and within 1/2 hour Travis came; he scoped the pipe and found bellies which cause backups; he managed to get it unclogged; then found a second outlet pipe and checked to be sure it was not clogged. Everything is 'back to normal'; thank you a ton, Travis--you are one in a million.
