Jack was really great! He was very quick to respond. He called me back within an hour of my inquiry and was able to come first thing in the morning for a diagnostic and quote. I had several issues that needed repair and he was able to get it all done the next day!
I didn't shop around for quotes because I was more concerned about getting the work finished ASAP but I felt the pricing was very fair, especially after seeing how intentive the work was. Highly recommend!

We were in need of a plumber on the west side of the island so I sent out a few inquiries because I know many companies charge a lot to just come to this side or sometimes they don't service this side of the island at all. Hawaii drain cleaning squad was the first to respond and they serve the Waianae area. They set us up with an appt and their employee Lyle was sent out to help us and he was great from the start! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our main sewer clog issue and installed a clean out since we didn't have one. We will be needing a new water heater install soon and future projects done as well so we'll be calling them for help. Highly recommend 100/100

Honest work - Jack came over to inspect my leaking faucet and then proceeded to call around for the replacement part. Jack found it locally, but notified me that the price the local distributors were asking wasn't in line with expectations and recommended I ordered online instead as it would be much cheaper ($200 locally vs $55 online). Instead of performing a quick job, Jack had the customers best interest in mind. I will use Jack and his team going forward, thanks again!

I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.
