When I called, I was expecting them to schedule me a week out. Paul said he could be there to give me a quote in a couple of hours. I had a leak in my roof that damaged the ceiling. They sent me an email with the quote. They came out two days later to do the repairs. I was scheduled for 9 am. He was running a few minutes late. He called me to let me know. They did a great job fixing my ceiling. In short professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, quick, reasonable and good work. 5 stars is not enough.

The original appointment was scheduled for a window of 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the technician was able to arrive at 11:30 a.m. which put the repair ahead of schedule. The repair took about an hour to do it was clean an personable. The business had multiple ways to pay including cash app which was convenient. I also like that they sent the quote in advance for review and approval. No funny business will definitely use again if needed in the future.

Outstanding quality on ceiling (drywall) repair after water damage. Company was very responsive, reasonably priced, & the individual who performed the repair, Francisco, was very professional & did an excellent job with matching the texture of the ceiling to the undamaged portion. Would highly recommend them!

Paul and Amanda were great coming out and assessing the repairs we needed due to our attic air handler leaking onto the ceiling in a bedroom. Their price was fair and they were quick to schedule a crew within a couple of business days and the team who made the repairs were great. They ensured their prep work was well done, they kept dust & debris iscolated, they did an excellent job cleaning up, and the final repair looks great. Would highly recommend The Patch Boys.
