Herring Septic Service

This is the third time Ive used Herring Septic Services for septic tank problems and have been extremely satisfied every time. From the initial call for service and throughout the process, the communication is on point (either through text or calls). You are given a service date (sometimes the same day), notified the night before, and texted an arrival time 45 minutes to an hour before arrival.

The gentlemen, Victor and Nemo, were very professional and courteous, they kept me informed of their progress, and completed the job timely and efficiently. You will receive the BEST service with Herring Septic Services. I highly recommend!

They saved the day for us. Our tank was full and we couldnt use any water at all. With a household with 3 boysyou can imagine how that was going. They came out very first thing the next morning and pumped our tank for us. Im a difficult person to deal with from time to time and Im working on it Victor was wonderful and stayed very professional. Weve used a different company for over 15 years, but Herring has earned our future business and any other that we can send their way. Great company, great service, great people. I really appreciate Victor and Mike showing up in the cold thing morning to save my sanity and my nose.

Responded immediately and was pumping my septic tank within 2 hours of calling to get on their books! Victor and Willie came and went above and beyond and even educated me (when I asked) during the process and what to expect for the future and preventatives. Victor and Willy came out to pump out my tank and they did an excellent job working while explaining everything to me about my system. Ways to prevent issues and future upkeep to help me with keeping my EOne system operating efficiently. They answered all of my questions and had the greatest attitudes and truly seem to care about the customers concerns. I highly recommend this company. I spoke with the owner (Craig) on Sunday afternoon and he came out early Monday morning and drained my tank and offered instructions on how to handle problems in the future. Very prompt, professional, and a really nice person to deal with. Comes when he says he will.

Both Victor & Darryl were very friendly as well as professional. They showed me the tank and educated me on my septic tank system all at a very reasonable price. They are definitely in my call again list!

Had a septic tank back up on me over the weekend. Called herring, and they helped get me through to Monday. On Monday, they showed up when they said, knocked out the job, explained some of the basics of the septic tank to help get me through any future issues, and charged a fair price. Many thanks to herring septic and especially to Victor and his assistant Darryl. When I spoke they answered me in English like most companies but then Victor called me back and explained everything they were going to do and how much it was going to be. In Spanish! When they arrived to do the job, they explained to me how a septic tank works, every few years it has to be cleaned (3 to 5) and they answered all my questions. For anything that has to do with a septic tank or drainfield, call herring septic and say Spanish please or ask for Victor.

When Victor and Hunter came to our house and made the awful discovery that our tank had not been serviced since it was installed over 20 years ago (!), they went right to work on it. They installed a new filter and put copper sulfate in the tank to treat surrounding tree roots. They recommended tree removal to address the threat to the vent line posed those roots and also referred me to a plumber to deal with the leak they discovered coming from the house.

In short, I think they saved me from a much more serious situation down the line, and did so in an honest and efficient manner. Victor went above and beyond the kind of service one expects in a situation like this. He responded promptly to text messages and made sure I understood what services I was paying for and why. Hunter also educated me on how to clean the filter every six months. I'm very thankful I called this company when I did, and I will definitely be using Herring for all our septic tank service needs in the future.

They just put in my new septic tank. I was not home for the install but my cousins and parents was very impressed with Chris and his crew. They was very professional thru the whole install. We had an issues but Chris made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. They are hard workers and made sure everything was done right. Heather in the office was a delight to deal with. She was friendly and professional. I would call them again.

I have a very difficult situation at my house because it was built in a swamp and it make things like septic systems difficult. I called herring septic system because I know Craig Wisenbaker personally and wanted to do business with him. I could not be more please with his work, his crew and his overall professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and as it would be if it was his own yard. I could not recommend him more.
