All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great! We will definitely be using them again for our yearly cleaning!

Josh and Joe and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job. I was so lucky to find them 12 or so years ago. They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Joe does such a great job cleaning the carpet for over 12 years. I always request him.

Joe C. was great. He outlined all our options before beginning, finding those areas where he could save us money. He was very informative and took time to explain what he would be doing. He was careful with our home, putting up corner guards everywhere it was needed. We had a lot of things for him to do (carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning). He did it all and it all looks great. Great job Joe!

This is the second time that Ive used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. All Pro did a great job of cleaning up the water from a commercial space after a fire sprinkler head broke and sprayed water everywhere. They got there pretty quickly, and did a great job keeping kept in contact with us regarding progress. We've also used them for carpet cleaning in the past and they did a great job there as well. If I could give this company more then 5 stars, I would! Specifically to Jo, our technician who helped us out today! Our apartment was SPOTLESS after Jo was finished with deep cleaning our carpets and it was super quick also! Our carpets hadnt been touched since the day we moved in a year ago and they were BADDDD. but they look brand new again and I am soooo relieved! Thank you so much for everything!: 10/10 recommend!

I really appreciated the time spent on the estimate and the explanation of what was needed to remove as best as possible the urine and odor all over my house from previous dogs and my new dog who unbeknownst to me marked the whole house. Plus the carpet was a lot cleaner than when I used another service. I would use this company again.

I booked to have my sofa cleaned. They came out and stated the procedure to clean the cushions when they discovered the interior lining was ripped. He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me that its best I get them fixed first before he finishes. He was already here for a bit and I felt bad as I had no clue. But he was so very kind to guide me on the issue if he continued and we agreed to reschedule once I got the lining fixed. Was absolutely professional and patient.

I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

I didn't think this carpet could be restored until your amazing chem-dry process proved itself to be successful again. The carpet tech did a great job explaining the process, pre treating the worst areas, and cleaning up so now the carpet is re-useable again. I would use this company in the future. fp

Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! They recommended appropriate services and were honest about services we didn't need and/or weren't worth the expense. I would call again without hesitation.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good. They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. We will definitely use them again.

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

I was very pleased with the 2 young men from All Pro Chem-Dry who cleaned and treated the carpets in my home on March 7th. Both men were quietly respectful and performed their tasks in a very professional manner. To their further credit, they were perceptive enough to understand our concern for key items of furniture. The care they took with our home and its furnishings was exceptional. Equally exceptional was the improvement we saw in our carpeting. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed! Our carpeting was old and tired. and now it's new again!

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again. Highly recommend All Pro Chem dry.

Our dog had an upset stomach and made a mess all over our living room. Because we were on a time crunch, we called All Pro Chem-Dry and within 15 minutes we had someone on their way. It turned out to be one of the managers of the company who had made a special trip because of the short notice. Because of our tight budget during the holidays, we requested he only clean the areas where our dog had her issues.
To our surprise, he did our entire ground floor for no extra charge. The carpets look immaculate, like they are new despite being over 15 years old. Not to mention they only use natural and safe cleaning ingredients, so our kids and dogs can go all over them right after being cleaned. Incredible company, incredible service! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you need your carpets cleaned, these are your guys.
