I was very pleased with the service I received and the work completed. Micah was very quick to get us a quote and get us on the schedule. Dan did great work and was very responsive to questions and concerns. He even suggested improvements to safety issues that he could do quickly for no/little added cost. When the work wasnt quite perfect, he took extra time (and, Im assuming, expense) to get the work exactly as it should be - like new - with no cost to me but a little more time. Everyone who was in my home was kind, respectful, and did great work. We will be using them again for our next big project.

I recently hired Dan to work on wire rack shelf improvements at my residence, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. He then proceeded to address any drywall blemishes, meticulously mudding them to perfection. The final step involved painting the walls with matching colors, seamlessly blending the newly repaired areas with the rest of the room. The entire team was extremely professional and kept the work site clean at all times. They gave me an update daily as to where they were in the process and what their plan was for the next day. They even gave me a heads up as to what time they would be arriving and immediately let me know if there were going to be late. My biggest complaint with companies these days is that their follow up and customer service is terrible.

This is the only company that I have worked with in TN that always puts the customer first. I highly recommend them. BTW the quality of their work is a s good as their customer service and their workers are polite. Great organization!
