I sprung the cables on my 12' tall workshop garage door. I got an appointment for the next day after calling. Dylan H. called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time. He took the time to listen to me describe what was wrong, gave me some good advice on how to avoid the problem in the future, and then got right to work.
