Marcus did a great job diagnosising and repairing our broken washer. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Hopefully our appliances last forever, but if they don't, we know who to call now. We've used Appliance EMT 6 or 7 times since our first time (the life of a landlord), and they've always been awesome.

I have been thoroughly impressed with every experience with Appliance EMT. They are prompt from the phone pickup and to the appointment. Dimitry has fixed my LG washer twice over the past year and both times he was prompt, courteous, friendly, and extremely impressive with his knowledge and his work, and his creativity in solving certain dumb issues on our end.
I cannot recommend him and Appliance EMT enough. A Service from the original phone call to the end of service. I will always call and recommend them to everyone I come across that has problems.

We had a great experience with Marcus. He was within the appointment window, called with an ETA and then was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He was kind and encouraging towards my kids as they watched him work. He identified a tricky problem and made sure I understood as much as I wanted to. Marcus followed up with status updates on parts and proactively headed off what could have been a big delay. He was thoughtful with how he interacted with our people, pets and home. We will definitely ask for Marcus when we call in the future!

I read very nice reviews about Appliance EMT so that's why I called. It was the right decision! The scheduler called me that same day and they sent a tech the next day Sergey was great! He was efficient and instantly pinpointed the issue. He was upfront about the cost and was fair and reasonable. I didn't feel ripped off at all. I will without a doubt call again! Thanks Sergey

Great service! There was some confusion as whomever I spoke with when I made the call for service failed to enter my appointment in their system. However, they were able to get a technician out to me. He did a fantastic job - also repaired my dryer which was not on my original request. He explained everything and prices were in line with what I expected to pay. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my Samsung French door and ice build-up. A tech was able to come out next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very informative on what the issues were. I do think the prices are a little over the top. to defrost was nearly $300. So far no issues, but it's only been a day. So we will see. Came with a one-year warranty.
