Very friendly, smart, great communicator, and well versed in his trade!

Marco came out for an emergency repair after 9 pm and did a great job. Very diligent even late in the evening.

MJ showed up on a Sunday night at 10pm to fix my unit that was completely shut down. I signed up for the maintenance program which saved me some money on the repair and he even found me a coupon on the website. Cant say enough about how thoroughly he explained everything to me. Unit is already cooling down, so thankful. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good things about George, the technician who came out to our home after hours. Not only did he respond quickly, but he showed up with a great attitude, ready to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure our AC was up and running againdespite it being late in the evening.

He took the time to explain the issue, didnt cut corners, and worked hard until everything was fixed. In a time when great service is hard to find, he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

First and foremost the hospitality they showed us was unbelievable!! It made us feel like we knew them for years and on top of that the service was incredible they fixed our unit that we thought it was irreparable will definitely be the first call I make every time for air conditioning repair!

Sometimes it is better to judge a company by how it responds to a problem than judging it by the problem alone. As such I am retracting my review below. I was contacted by On Time Experts after my review. The gentlemen who called me was professional and willing to do what ever it took to make up for the problem I had. He listened to my complaints and made no excuses. He thanked me for my input and told me changes would be made. He made some concessions and promises which I believe he will keep. The entire incident was handled professionally and well. So, I'm still a customer.

This was my first and last encounter with OnTime Experts. They purchased the company from whom I purchased my AC last summer. (Dring Heating and AC) A great company. I had an appointment for service today. I was told the technician would be at my home between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:15, no technician l, no phone call. I called OnTime. I was told my technician was busy, and it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. Or I could reschedule. The customer service individual was rude and not interested in helping. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new AC company. OnTime needs to realize they are not more important than their customers. We have the money.

The OnTime Experts was referred by the home improvement show Texas Home Improvement. The tech was originally going to come out and service my AC and ensure it was ready for the summer heat. Dominic, the tech, kept me up to date with his progress with videos and pictures. Explained all the steps he was doing and how the tests were coming out. He discovered a small gas leak, which I'm grateful for. Small gas leak that could spark into a fire.
After Dominic was done with the inside, he proceeded to take apart, inspect, and test all the outside components on the condenser. He blew the leaves off, cleaned the coils, and tested the current. Then he cleaned up everything. Made me feel at ease with the open communication.
I would recommend The On Time Experts to all my family and friends.

Our technician Dominic did a great job of cleaning our A/C unit. He showed us the before and after of the cleaning. Showed us his concern areas. Always get exceptional service from this co. Thats why we call them for our plumbing needs too.

Jon was incredible and probably the best technician we have ever had in our home. He excelled in everything and was very knowledgeable.

I'm happy with the service but the time waiting is what I find unacceptable. We were told someone would be here between 9am and 1pm. At 2pm, someone finally arrives. It is 6pm and our technician, George, is still here. He found repairs that our unit needed so I understand the extra time. I had to finally cancel our Sunday afternoon plans. I explained my concerns with George and he was unaware how long we had been waiting. It seems there needs to be better communication between the dispatcher and the technician. For a business named On Time Experts, they should concentrate more on their name. Perhaps more technicians in the field or schedule less appointments in the day. Regarding George, we are very impressed with his HVAC knowledge, he was personable and he took the time to explain to us how our unit worked, the repairs it needed and the cost. Thank you George.

We have had wonderful service from On Time Experts. David came out to follow up and inspect our new HVAC system and was so thorough, professional and patient with all of our questions. He made great suggestions to help us work out issues with our air flow (home construction issue, not OTE service) and came back today to install a new vent. He was so personable and did an amazing job!

Dillon & Trae were the best. They immediately assed the problem and talked me through the repair. Gave me options and we agreed on the plan. They also were done within the time they quoted. Both respectful of my home and nice to our furbabies. On Time Experts is my go to company time and time again.

Joey came out very promptly after we called for assistance after our furnace went out. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The team came out to do our install within a couple of hours. They did a great job; finishing in the time frame they gave us and cleaned everything up perfectly. They will be our go to company for now on!

George came to my house on time and looked at every inch of my unit. He cleaned all parts and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me recommendations that would prolong life of my compressor and other stuff. He was extremely professional and friendly. Collin was awesome, he is the first plumber I have used with The On Time Experts and was on-time, courteous, identified the problem fast, and had it fixed just as fast. Awesome service, will absolutely continue using The On Time Experts and Collin if he is available.

Marco was very communicative and let us know of any findings. We had called for a tune up special I saw on NBC5 channel. He found some leaking gas leading up in lines to our units. Was able to make repair and continue with tune up. I would hire him again to come into my home for work. Could tell he valued his job and company. Thanks!

Dom was a great tech. explained his steps in detail. provided all options for repair with no pressure. I'm glad I went with the repair as it would have taken me days to have repairs it myself so in actuality, it was a savings of time &, headaches. thank you Dom for everything

Weve used On Time Experts a few times and have been pleased each time. Our heat went out in the middle of winter and they sent out George and Dennis immediately to fix it. They were polite, respectful and very quick! Thank you!!

Hands down the best in the business! From start to finish, could not asked for an even better experience! From Technician Dominic diagnosing our heating problem on Friday and then Bernie coming on Saturday to complete the repair! Both, where knowledgeable and just in time for the holiday season. George of OTE arrived exactly when he was scheduled. He was professional and courteous. George diagnosed the issue with my heating system, fixed the problem, and made sure the system continued to function properly. He provided excellent service.

We had Kevin out to our home to replace our water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was a great tech and would highly recommend him.

I saw on GMA a special that was going on today. I called and had service done right away on my furnace and AC unit by Fabian and Bernie. They were both very pleasant and self-explanatory with the service they were providing and given recommendations. I felt like they are trustworthy and highly recommend them.

On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. Charles arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. He was courteous and in addition to fixing our issue, took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend their service!

The On Time Experts led by Charles just completed (over the past 3 days, just left 30 minutes ago) a main sewer repair at my house. They were very timely in their response to my panicked call (arrived within 1 hour). Charles was very thorough in explaining the process as well as patient and caring to my situation. Although I have not run my washing machine or dish washer yet, I fully expect things to be working without any problems or water back ups.

They explained that if I have any issues related to the work they have completed, they would make it right at no additional charge. The dig crew said if my yard settles to far down that they would come back to add more dirt to ensure my yard is back as it was. To date, I still need to let the company know the type of grass I have in the event it does not grow back.

Because they were not able to remove the grass in patches, Charles explained that they would provide seed so that my yard will be restored. I am satisfied with the service I received to date and would recommend On Time Experts for your plumbing needs.

Very pleased with On Time Experts Plumbing. On short notice they were able to send someone out and Aude the service guy was excellent! He had experience with our type of issue and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very good about explaining everything in detail so it was clearly understood. Charles explained everything so that I could understand the entire process, including financing, not only was he professional and personable, he was helpful in pointing out other issues that had nothing to do with what he came for. He went above and beyond. I know that I am 100% in good hands. He will be coming back this coming Monday to do the testing and I look forward to doing business with On Time Experts.

The service text was very professional and knowledgeable. He should me what he was doing and explain everything. This is the kicker he asked me if he could do anything for me, like move anything or help me with anything. I have never experienced anything like that. Dominic was awesome!

I had the privilege today to be serviced by Jerad, he was very detailed, explained, and educated me on a lot of the issues. Jerad is a wonderful tech and an asset to your company. He even offered to help me around my house, now that's a five-star service.

Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.

And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

Aude was great! He was stepping in to a repair already in progress started ny Charles. We had to order parts to finish the job. Charles and Aude had great communication so there was no confusion. He installed the parts quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also worked with Lily on the office, she was friendly, smart and efficient. This is my first time to use On Time-BOTH plumbers were great! 2 out of 2=100% AWESOME!

Lance did a great and very professional job, he explained everything he was doing and helped me understand to a high degree what's going on with my air conditioning, and I know it will save me money in the long run. They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.

It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. We had an unexpected clog in our drain. They came out the same day I called, had everything fixed in no time, and didn't overcharge us. Payton was the person who helped us. He did a wonderful job, and was super professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a very lovely experience with the two gentlemen, Jose and Liam, who came to fix my broken AC unit. They quickly found the cause of the issue, broke down the different pricing plans and what the membership would offer, and made it easy to figure out what plan of action would be best. I am so thankful for them getting the job done and my house is no longer 90 degrees. Thank you so so much and to Amy who originally took my call as well for making the process of having them come out easy.

I noticed my AC wasn't working properly early Saturday morning. After trying a filter change and cleaning the coils it was was just getting hotter in the house. I did a Google search and these guys were at the top of the list and had good reviews so I contacted them. They were quick to reply and they were able to get someone out shortly after noon.

The Tech showed up and was very courteous and got straight to work. He diagnosed my problem, showed me the bad part and even put a meter on it to show me it was bad. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right away. I was very thankful they were able to get out and get it fixed all in the same day on very short notice. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing AC work done.

Both Steve and Nathan were knowledgeable, confident, professional, friendly, and helpful! They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issues with my plumbing stoppage and set my mind at rest! Jerad was the technician sent to perform service on my AC today. He was very courteous, respectful, and thoughtful. He was very thorough when performing his diagnostics and reporting on his findings. He also went way above and beyond when he asked if I needed any odd job help with anything around the house. He actually moved/shifted the desk in my office enough so I can now sit and play my piano. Collin came out to the rescue, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Unfortunately, we had to get a entire new AC unit.! He got the process started and made us feel at ease. Great company and great workers. I would recommend On-Time to anyone! Workers came the next day to install the new unit and were on time like they said they would! I had a drain line clog in my washer line. Alex R. Came out. Got to my house in less than an hour. He was super professional. Explained everything along the way, best plumbing experience I've had by far, no comparison. Once he got that taken care of, he took a look at my water hose line that had busted and recommended replacement options for that as well. Will definitely be going forward with Alex and the on-time experts from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

These guys fixed out unit after 7 pm which is rare. Jarod and Nick showed and they were professional and quick. Jarod figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. Jarod explained what went wrong and also how things work just in case. 11/10 work.
