I wanted a large shed demolished in a somewhat difficult to access location behind my house. There were nearby obstacles that complicated the job - trees, a wooden porch, a canvas awning. Inside the shed were an electric line, gas and water lines that they had to deal with. JD and his crew demolished the shed mostly by hand, taking care not to cause collateral damage. Very friendly and capable guys. Highly recommended.

We called Rubbish Inc yesterday morning to rent a 20 yard dumpster for a lot of household junk that had built up over the years. They explained how everything worked and were able to bring the roll off dumpster the same day. We already filled it up and called them this morning to pick it up. They were a very easy company to work with.

Rubbish Inc is FABULOUS! If you need dumpsters CALL THEM! We had to purge my mom's house and ours in a matter of a week. Rubbish Inc was so accommodating and timely, we could have not done it without them. THEY ARE THE BEST. It is hard to find to find honest and fair business people and we hit the jackpot! Thank you, Jagger and Todd!

We had to remove alot of property left from a tenant who skipped and left us a bunch of junk. After we had given away as much as we could there was plenty leftover. The rollaway trailer was a great move! Much more convenient than wheeling it away ourselves. Thanks!

I am doing a kitchen renovation, and my designer suggested I enlist my sons for the demolition to save money and then call Rubbish Inc to come take away the mess. This was all a little overwhelming to me, but she gave me excellent advice. The team showed up promptly (even a little early), piled everything into their truck (including appliances) incredibly fast, and swept up behind them. I was amazed.

And their load size estimate was totally fair, even generous I would say. They were very helpful and professional, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Well done, guys! You made that part easy!

I am currently remodeling a 1920 bungalow in East Austin. Rubbish Inc, has had a rolloff on this property since March. During this 4 month time frame, Austin has been drenched in rain which made the backyard of this property a mud pit and difficult for Rubbish Inc., to pickup and deliver the rolloff BUT these guys succeeded every time! Todd has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He always delivers on his promises and always has such a great attitude. I highly recommend Rubbish Inc. as they are truly professionals and fantastic to work with.

These folks were friendly on the phone, communicative, flexible in scheduling a pickup, and when they had truck troubles and had to reschedule for another day, they went above and beyond to make it right. Recommended.

HOLY MOLY these guys were AMAZING! Yesterday, I got a call from the City of Austin that one of my rental properties had been abandoned. I had no idea that my tenants just decided they couldn't afford rent and so they just up and left. They left old furniture, old appliances, tons of trash, etc. It was a very disheartening scene, and I knew I couldn't handle it on my own. I called Rubbish Inc and they were able to come out the very next day.

For LESS than the price of a dumpster delivery quote from another company, they brought a 20-cubic-yard dump truck and two men to do all the work for me. The whole house took them two hours. I'm so amazed! I feel so much better about the state of the house now that it's cleared out. Today's peace of mind is a total turn around from yesterday's panic. Thank you Nick and Trey! I can't wait to refer you to everyone I know.

I've used trash removal services a couple of times and this one surpasses them all. This one has real people answering the phone, which is huge for me, they are super friendly and they were able to schedule me right away. In my experience, most of these companies have answering machines, don't return calls, and book really far out in order to combine stops. The guys were very nice when they arrived - Nick is awesome and they had everything moved fast! I had quite a bit of stuff. They were friendly, professional, and very courteous. I would absolutely use them again! Stress free!

Outstanding Service and fair pricing. That sums up my feelings about Rubbish Inc. I like it when I visit a project only once. I called and spoke to a live person, got a fair quote (I had already called around so I knew when I found good pricing) Scheduled my delivery and pick up time and I was done. I did not have to call to find out where they were for delivery or pick up or to question pricing. PLUS the dumpster looked nice, it was not a beat up rusted can. The driver was a great guy and put the dumpster exactly where I wanted it and took it away without hurting my property.

Cannot say enough about this company. In fact, I might just start collecting junk again just so I can have them back. I left a message this morning and they called me back immediately. Thankfully, I was able to get squeezed in this afternoon and just a short 5 hours after the initial phone call to them - I'M JUNK FREE! All communication with Rubbish Pod was super-professional and the gentleman that came out to take my junk away was super-nice. Smooth transaction from start to finish. No up-sells or extra charges. Love it.
