Recently I hired VCS to help save my carpeting at one of my rental properties in Daleville. A tenant moved out of my townhouse after two and half years, leaving the upstairs, stairwell and living room carpet in extremely horrible condition. This tenant was only the second renter in my unit since I replaced the carpeting just 4 years ago. While the vacating tenant did run a vacuum cleaner across the carpets to give the appearance that they cleaned the unit; it was very apparent by the stains, odor, traffic wear patterns and extra surface debris that the carpeting was not kept clean during their tenure in my unit.

In fact, I vacuumed behind the tenant and was disgusted by what my vacuum sucked out of the carpet. I called VCS for a free consultation and an estimate and was confident that they could help restore my carpets so I could rent my unit again. VCS's certified technician Alex did an absolute phenomenal job cleaning my carpets, giving them an almost new level of clean. VCS saved me from having to prematurely replace the downstairs and stairwell carpeting. Thank you Veterans and Alex!

Veterans began work on schedule, worked hard and long, and completed a great job of stripping and cleaning, then laying down 4 coats of high-gloss wax that make our training facility look brand new.

Excellent job! Jim called before coming and showed up at appointed time. He explained what he was going to do before he did it to make sure my understanding of the task required was the same as his. I had previously damaged some limestone tiles with an acid wash and thought them impossible to restore. Jim spent approximately four very labor-intensive hours repairing the damage and restoring the shine to the limestone.

The task involved sanding/polishing the tiles with several grades of honing substance with accelerated grades of polishers. It was a lot of work, but the tiles were returned to their original beauty. Awesome.

It went well. We are very pleased with the job and confident our carpets are very clean. There was a misunderstanding about the door being unlocked, but they came over immediately and did the job once we got that cleared up. The cost is a little high compared to other companies, but we liked their method better. Plus, we liked dealing with honest vets. Everybody on their team is former/retired military. Really nice guys who do an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again!

Everything went very well and I was amazed at how well the light colored love seat came out. They were prompt and efficient.
