When providing air conditioner rentals, we’ll take the time to assess the needs of your facility. You can keep the rental in place for as long as you need. After we perform the replacement or repair service, we’ll take care of removing your rental unit and ensuring that the cool air is flowing from the new unit properly. 
You can use one of our HVAC rentals for as long as you need, whether the lead time on your new system is a few days out or a few weeks out. Note that after you have your new system installed, we are happy to be your repair and maintenance provider from that point forward, delivering quality workmanship and excellent service at every appointment. 
Our emergency power service is available through our experienced electrical team, who can determine the needs of your structure and create a plan to ensure that it always has the power it needs, even in an emergency situation.

I can't say enough good things about JLK Mechanical! When our air conditioning went out we called a couple different companies to come take a look and get quotes. We had a big name company come out that quoted us DOUBLE what JLK Mechanical quoted us. They came out on Wednesday for the initial diagnosis and were back out Friday morning and ready to install. Called yeasterday when i came home to a 90 degree house jim had a technician at the house in a hr working on it. Got the air going so i could sleep. They were very professional fast and friendly. Also when the work order was sent in a picture of the technician that was coming was sent to my phone so you know the guy that shows up is who its supposed to be very safe. The owner, Rob, came to our home and thoroughly surveyed our aging HVAC systems. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained in detail replacement vs repair options. He then emailed us three quotes, and my husband and I chose to replace both HVAC systems with the option that worked within our budget. Rob coordinated an installation date around our schedules and clearly communicated with us throughout the process.
His technicians showed up ON the proposed date and ON TIME! They were highly skilled, friendly, clean and professional. I lucked out finding JLK to repair my failing HVAC unit on a "soon to be hot" Saturday morning. No additional after hours charge, a local, small but growing company, the service tech was here within 2 hours (on a Saturday!) and gone within an hour. The service tech, Tyler, is just plain good people. He wears his honesty and heart on his shoulder for all to see! I know why this company is growing. I had a positive experience with both Rob & Tyler and will call JLK again whenever needed. Thanks guys!

They installed systems as promised. Explained the operations of the new units and cleaned up the mess. The systems have been workin wonderful and on one occasion they came out to make an adjustment and checked the system within two hours of my call. I recommend JLK for any of you HVAC needs ever employee I have dealt with was professional and friendly and I am very happy I chose them for my project. Both owners are awesome and will make sure your treated right.
