Thus far I've had Sam install controllers at my office building and home. Yesterday he stopped by to fix a leak in the sprinkler system. Of other services I have used, he has consistently been the quickest to respond to my communication, quickest to arrive at the job site, has had fair pricing, and just been the most helpful. overall, he is degree of separation above the competition. Sam does a great Job and gets right to work. Communicates well and is very knowledgeable on systems and solutions. I've had him come out on multiple jobs and am really glad to find someone who does what they say they will do. Pricing is fair and they do not waste time, which is what I respect! I was fortunate to find this company on Yelp after discovering a break in one of my sprinkler lines due to the freeze we had. In summary, this company owned and operated by Sam and Johnny is just amazing. Professional. Trustworthy. Honest. Affordable. The line break I had was under my patio. They diagnosed the problem and presented to options for addressing the problem.
One was less invasive and costly. The 2nd option more invasive and costly. They recommended starting with the first low cost option and keep our fingers cross. In the end that was did the trick. I suspect other companies would have started with the more expensive invasive option. But this company did not. You can not go wrong with selecting these guys to help with your irrigation and landscape needs for sure.

I requested a quote via HomeAdvisor, and within 30 minutes, Johnny Gonzalez called me, listened to me describe our issue, visited us within an hour of our call, and fixed our problem after he arrived. We recently purchased a home, and the irrigation system stopped working almost immediately after we moved in. We weren't sure if it was operator error or system failure. Johnny educated us on our system, recommended and set up our 15 stations on different programs including seasonal adjustment depending on drip, rotary, popup irrigation type, and diagnosed our problem, which was a failed master valve that he replaced all for $185. We have found our irrigation company for life.

Wow, we have worked with sprinkler professionals a number of times over the years. Never have I been as impressed as I was today. It started with great communication prior to his arrival and ended with a job well done. He listened to what we were needing, and executed the repairs quickly and efficiently. We will be using him again once our backyard is finished (pool going in). We will also be sharing his information with our friends and family.

I hired Johnny to troubleshoot a dormant sprinkler system that I thought had multiple leaks, and to assess the possibility of adding a foundation watering feature to my system. Upon arriving, Johnny inspected the system zone by zone and found only one broken head--the remaining leaks were because the pop-up sprinkler heads had been obstructed and couldn't seal, not because they needed replacing.
He also informed me that there already was a foundation watering system in place, and while slightly flawed, it would work fine. In the end, he did exactly what the system needed, and did not pad the work or try to upsell me, despite how easy my naivety would have made it. I could not be happier with Johnny's knowledge, quality work, and commitment to the best interest of his customers. If he tells me something is needed, I'll believe him.
