The technician was very acknowledge of the problem went directly to and replace the part and make sure the AC was working properly. Very respectful young man my gratitude for performing a great job and have my AC RUNNING AGAIN. I do not have words to be expressed my gratitude towards A/C Pros of Florida Inc. A/C Pro's technician arrived on time, and conducted a thorough examination of the A/C and heat pump system. This resulted in the discovery of a wiring problem which was quickly repaired. The miswired circuit had caused the system to cool when it should be heating. It is now running as designed, heating and cooling as needed. Services:Heating system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

We bought a 2 story in FL and the master bedroom was always the hottest room in the house. They came to my house and assessed the situation. Instead of trying to upsell me on a second unit or partitioning, they simply suggested adding another vent. Arrived on time, done in 45 minutes, cleaned behind themselves. I was having problems with my air conditioning unit at our business Fantastic Sam's for years. I called AC/ PROS. They nailed my problem immediately. The previous company did not install the ductwork properly. They installed a new unit with ductwork. My air conditioning works perfectly. They are fast, reasonable and explain everything. AC Pros are great they came highly recommended and I would recommend them as well. They were professional from the start arriving on time for the appraisal and with the install of new unit. AC Pros did a thorough appraisal of what was required within the home to keep it comfortable for warmth and Cooling. They removed the old unit and they were very conscientious of my floors and walls when installing the new units. And there was no unexpected costs added on at the end.
