At the get-go, the salesman, Jay, was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting our needs and solutions down. He was able to give us a solid quote right then and there. Our order was special because our windows had to have tempered glass, but it wasn't long till they were here and ready to install. The installers arrived on time, were clean and courteous and set right to work.
They accomplished the job in one day, cleaned up very well and left us with shiny bright windows. Afterward we had fun opening and closing the windows with one hand (Something we couldn't ever consider with the old windows). Although the installers left them squeaky clean, we practiced cleaning all from the inside. We can already tell we will save on cooling and heating as the temperature in all rooms is more even. We love our new windows. Thanks!

Very well. Since the porch was being added to an existing deck, reinforcements were installed underneath to be sure there would be no weight problems. EzeBreeze is a lot lighter than glass and easier to clean. The workmen were very good to deal with. We also had sliding glass doors replaced earlier in the year. Our house is older- parts built in 1988 and directly on the water on Lake Norman. We had a lot of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They did a great job on that project also.

Great experience with Speaks Custom Window. I appreciated the straight forward estimate process with the company and with David VandeZande, sales manager. I had received estimates with three other companies, two much higher, one lower, and I felt Speaks product and prices beat them all. The team doing the install did a great job.
