Business Details
At Riggs Moisture, Termite & Pest, our owner, Ryan, operates our family-owned company. He worked with his father and helped him grow his pest control business to being one of the largest in his area. He also worked with a corporate company, which rounded out his pest control experience by showing him what he liked and what he didn’t want to do with his own company.
Ryan’s goal is to make our pest control company unlike any other out there, and we think you’ll agree that our combination of residential and commercial pest control, along with moisture control services, sets us apart from the rest. Unlike most companies, we don’t require long, expensive contracts for our services, but we do allow custom plans so you get the services you need without being tied to a contract.

Services
Home Inspection
We thoroughly inspect the premises for signs of pest infestations and existing problems. We put together a complete report to show you what your pest situation looks like, so you know what needs to happen next to establish a pest-free home. Your home inspection is the starting point for pest control services and a great way to understand what kind of pests youre dealing with.
Commercial Pest Control
Regardless of what your business actually does, one key to keeping your operation profitable is taking care of the facilities, and this includes keeping them free of insects and pests. If you are looking for effective commercial pest control services, you need look no further than our team.
Pest Control
At Riggs Moisture, Termite & Pest, we can help you with maintaining and protecting your home. Our pest control services are the solution for a current pest infestation and staying ahead of the problem with preventative services.
Insulation
Pest control insulation is a blown insulation that can be used to supplement your existing insulation and form a more seamless barrier around the exterior of your property. Our experienced technicians will inspect your home or business to identify gaps in the insulation or entry points that rats or insects could use to get inside. Then, we will apply pest control insulation to those areas to ensure that no pests are able to get through the boundary.
Moisture Control
At first glance, it might seem unusual for a pest control company to offer moisture control. When you stop to think about it, however, what do pests need to survive? Food and water. If you can eliminate the water aspect, youll have fewer pests to be concerned about. At Riggs Moisture, Termite & Pest, we set out to be a different kind of pest control company, so we thought outside the box to come up with the ultimate pest prevention options, and the idea for offering moisture control services was born.

I was very pleased with the attention the technician paid to the job. He found some trouble spots I was unaware of. He concentrated on the new spots and some old ones I did know about. He did not let my pets annoy him and the animals were not cooperating very well. I hope we have the start of a long successful business relationship.

Ants, ants, ants! Ants had taken over my home and camper and when I say taken over I mean they would crawl into bed with us! Eeek! Riggs came out and assessed everything and had us taken care of in no time! Very professional and thorough with his work. We are ant free finally! No more late night cuddle sessions with ants that's for sure! Very reasonably priced and prompt! I have recommended them to all my friends!

Ryan is very knowledgeable when it comes to insects and pest. He
is thorough with his inspection and treatments. Though this is a new business he has been taking care of our house for a while while working for another company. i do recommend him for anyone that has a bug problem or even for prevention.
