I had been frustrated by other contractors failing to follow up or follow through. I was very fortunate to find K&E Repair Solutions on social media and called Edward the same day. Edward showed up at the scheduled time, prepared and submitted an estimate in the timeframe agreed upon and had his crew onsite for the work as scheduled. K&E performed the work diligently, professionally and with a high level of quality.
Their pricing is very competitive. Communication with Edward was frequent and they responded as you would expect a proffessional contractor to do. Very, very happy with our experience with K&E. Edward is my go-to guy from now on!

They completed the job in one day and more importantly, scheduled the work to be completed the next morning after arriving to perform the estimate. We had a serious roof leak - water was pouring down the chimney and the stain on the ceiling was growing larger. This should have been fixed under our warranty - the roof was replaced 3 years ago. When the original roofer did not respond to my calls and emails, I contacted 4 professionals.
All of the estimates were similar, but K&E arranged to complete the repair immediately. During the inspections, we also discovered that the squirrels had eaten all of the lead boots on the ventilation pipes. K&E also installed squirrel guards on the new lead boots which the other estimates did not include.

Ed was highly recommended to me by a work colleague who lives nearby. Ed and his crew reroofed my house, fixed damaged sections of my cedar lanai, and did some other minor repairs. I was very impressed by his and his crew's professionalism, fair pricing, great work, and customer service, including his rapid response time (always got back to me quickly, whenever I called or texted). He will definitely be my first choice when I need more work done.

Extremely well done and professional from start to finish. The job was difficult and refused previously by a number of other people. K&E showed up on time, innovated on the complicated carpentry, and cleaned up completely afterwards. The owner and the workers are pleasant, highly competent, and do what they say they will do. They are unique among contractors in my experience in Florida.
