They had what I needed at a decent cost. They shipped the wrong item but fixed the issue very fast. GREAT customer service.

Incredible customer service! Crissie and Jamie were so wonderful to work with! Our local flooring store wanted to charge us double the amount per sq ft for the LVP we were interested in. We reached out to the Floorzz team and received a response within a few hours with a quote we were happy with. We were nervous about ordering flooring online, since we weren't local to the area, but the Floorzz team was incredibly helpful and communicative about our order and throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Lovely backsplash. I found this backsplash at a local store but they were delays in shipment and it was more expensive. I reached out to Floorzz and the owner contacted me via email quickly and gave me information on lead time. Overall I had a great experience!

Crissie and her team at Floorzz are great. From start to finish (product selections, competitive pricing, timely communication and delivery) the Floorzz team is there for you. I highly recommend them for all things flooring. TUL Interior Design

Floorzz was such a great company to work with. Molly went above and beyond to answer my questions and track down product that was emergent to receive in order to close on the project. I will definitely use and recommend Floorzz for future projects!

Definitely recommend! Wonderful group of people: helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Molly is phenomenal- always on top of it so that our project moved along smoothly. She had great recommendations and understood what we were trying to accomplish. We've used "FLOORZZ" twice now and will for future floor projects too!

I had contact with both Jamie and Kristin and the customer service was outstanding! My order was delivered quickly and in good condition. I would recommend you to anyone!

Excellent customer service! This company is very responsive and helpful and I would gladly buy from them again. I ordered a bunch of tile for my master bath remodel and some of the tiles arrived damaged, and they quickly sent out a free replacement within a single day of me emailing them. They were very easy to communicate with over email. Thank you Crissie and the support team for being so awesome!

I had the most pleasant, if not the best, customer service experience in years with Floorzz of Miramar Beach. That experience was largely in part to the above and beyond attitude/performance of Crissie! I was in the market to replace out dated carpet in my master bedroom. I explored multiple options and competitor pricing in the course of making a final decision. Crissie's professionalism and willingness to meet my needs and timeline exceeded all my expectations.

She went out her way to earn my business. She wasted no time in drafting me a comprehensive quote that beat the closest competitor by a mile. Hands down, Floorzz prices can't be beat and the flooring looks absolutely amazing! So much so, I was motivated to redo two additional bedrooms with the same flooring. Crissie was right there to assist in securing my desired selection at an unbeatable price.

I could have gotten the product anywhere but in the highly competitive flooring market it's the unparalleled service that will make Floorzz my "go to" for high quality flooring. Gold standard and definitely five star customer service! Thank you Floorzz and especially hats off to Crissie!

3/21 I'M IMPRESSED! Crissie and Floorzz exceeded my expectations in every way. I had been calling all over the country to obtain 1 single carton of a specific luxury vinyl plank flooring. I needed to be sure the product I was considering was the correct color for a whole house flooring project. Another company refused to send out 1 box stating concerns with damage (I offered to put in writing I did not CARE if the product arrived damaged, I just needed a larger sample size to work with.) Crissie got my order placed and it arrived on Sunday, a whole week before expected delivery. The box and flooring is in perfect condition. Floorzz exceptional service really helped me with an expensive decision. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Called looking for a specific tile to ensure they had in stock. so helpful. they were able to verify it was in shock over the phone. provided advice on shipping to ensure it would arrive safely. great customer service.

Lovely bullnose tile that I couldn't find anywhere else. It goes beautifully with the tile for the shower I am redoing. Delivered on time to the right address without any problems.

Highly recommend Floorzz, as the selection of product is amazing, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Our floors are beautiful and high quality. They were efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and offered a great price. Highly recommend and we will buy from them again.

Price of tile I chose was not the cheapest here, but I chose this place anyways cause of the many reviews of good service. Particularly, how they treat customers if they receive damaged tiles. My tile arrived without damage, however the delivery was rescheduled twice. Only changed the delivery date by a few days so no big deal. I also appreciated that they don't use rebate gimmicks like some other places I considered. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and would buy from again.

I had the pleasure of working with Andy and he was very helpful. I highly recommend using these guys to buy flooring from - excellent customer service!

During a backsplash kitchen project, we realized that we did not have enough tile to finish. The supplier we purchased the first set of tiles from, told us it would take 2 weeks to get the tile, but we thought we might find another way to get what we needed, sooner. That's when we telephoned Floorzz at Miramar Beach. After explaining the situation to them, the Floorzz employee asked for a phone number where he could reach us, because he did not have any of the tile in stock, but he would find out where he could get it.

To our surprise, the Floorzz employee returned our call within 10 minutes with info. Unfortunately, he could not get the tile any sooner than our original supplier, and the shipping would have been very expensive. The Floorzz rep was very understanding when we told him we decided to order through the original supplier. Floorzz went the extra mile to get the information we needed in a very timely manner, and we thank them for their effort to help us.

The selection they have is overwhelming.and I am talking in a good way! I walked in there with one idea in mind and with the help of the knowledgeable salesman I ended purchasing something totally different, AND I LOVE IT. If you are looking for a huge selection, great prices, and flawless installation this is your place.

Highly recommend this company for tile and flooring! Crissie was phenomenal to work with! We saved a considerable amount of money as well for a bathroom renovation project we are doing! Thank you for all of your assistance in making this project turn out so beautifully!
