We contracted with Wright's Flooring on two different occasions during the past two years and have asked Wright's to install hardwood flooring over about 1200 square feet of our home. Wright's provided an estimate before any work was undertaken, and the estimates were held each time. The office staff handled the paperwork and responded to inquiries on a timely basis.
The installers arrived on the dates requested, installed high-quality hardwoods, and followed with timely and thorough sanding, sealing, and polyurethane applications. We have been delighted with Wright's products and services, and we would offer anyone seeking to install hardwood floors our unqualified recommendation for their work.

I was looking for remnents to dampen the noise from a generator. That would be a no profit experience for them. What did I get? Almost royal treatment. They were friendly and eager to help. Exceptional experience. If they treat a person who isn't making a major purchase as well as I was treated, I can assure you, you won't find a better place to buy flooring. When I recarpet my motor home I will absolutely go to them.

Our first attempt at updating our flooring was to use a different local vendor-big mistake. This time we chose Wrights. We are in the process of updating our house. We're doing the usual ripping up carpet and putting down wood or laminate. With Dan Hemphill of Wrights we are very pleased with the results. He helped us find flooring in our budget, measured other floors so that we can plan ahead to replace them-one room at a time.
The installers were fabulous! Not only did they work hard to get the job done in one day, their clean up was excellent and they even played good music! It's not often that I can say this, but I was very pleased. Only thing that would make this perfect is if the cost was free- I know that 's not happening -they do need to make a profit. We'll use them again.

Josh and his team were so helpful from the minute we walked in the door. Our condo incurred flood damage and we needed help urgently. He sat down with us to go over our budget, and guided us to flooring (LVP and carpet) that worked with our price point. Once we were ready, we called for installation (needed within two weeks due to having to be displaced) and they came through!
Not only did they make it work for us, they worked around our schedule and came twice - once to install the LVP and the next week to install the carpet. We will definitely will use them again for our next project. Thank you all for making this part of the process seamless!

We have used Wrights Carpet on three different occasions, and have been extremely satisfied on each occasion. We have purchased flooring for both our home as well as our business. Marc came out promptly and took very accurate measurements and offered good advice on which type of flooring would work in the business area. The installer was here on time and quickly did installations with precision and all went very smoothly. Their prices were good and the jobs were done professionally on all three occasions. I highly recommend them!

I went in the other day looking for a small piece of indoor outdoor carpet for cats to use. I was fully prepared to pay. But a kind sales associate sitting at the front desk took me back to see what they had and then showed me a remnant laying nearby. I asked how much and she said just take it! These people deserve our business with that kind of customer service. I will return.

Wright's has an extensive selection of flooring and were able to meet our meager budget. The installation team was excellent. They were polite, friendly, hard working and did a most professional job. I have used them quite a lot and they do an ok job cleaning my carpet. I also had my kitchen floor re-done and it looks really nice. First they removed the old flooring which was about 50 years old and in very bad shape. Then they sealed it and then put in the new flooring. I was really pleased that the whole process was done in 2 days.
