I called to get some information on a drain fly problem and was offered a free inspection to see if the problem was manageable. Two technicians showed up right on time and began inspection. They came to the conclusion that it was a plumbing problem and until that was corrected treating the problem would just be a very temporary fix and they didn't want to just take my money if the problem couldn't be corrected. I was very thankful for their honesty and their professionalism. I will definitely be recommending them to others as well as using them in the future.

The owner was extremely professional but the staff that came out to service were home seemed lazy. I had to request service inside my home on the last two visits and did not even request the entire home be serviced. I did not renew my contract after a year of service. I had flea treatment done 2 months ago and I had to call again for the same issue due to a stray neighborhood animal and Brett was able to provide me with same day service. They are always on time and professional and fast! The prices are reasonable. We haven't seen a mouse since we have been serviced by Pelican! Brett was flexible, readily available, and the appointment time worked perfectly with my work schedule. He arrived early, and he explained to me what the report entailed and what the findings were. Brett was also courteous and patient with the number of questions I had. He didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing what to expect. I would recommend anyone to use Pelican Pest Control!

I am a huge fan of Pelican and highly recommend their service to anyone here in Louisiana and anywhere else they operate! Brett, the owner, has even come to my house a few times to treat it. I have termite bait stations which were affordable and they treat the house for rodents and cockroaches. I just called the company again on Friday regarding hornets and Brett will be coming out personally.
Since I live out in the country, this is a necessity. Superb service and rates. You must hire this company for all your pest issues. Easy to navigate website; friendly staff.
