Outstanding service. Arrived to quote on time and quickly. Friendly and efficient process (automatic texting and 30 min out warning). Actual installation was professional and very easy. The installers needed very little interaction and were extremely friendly. The work looks great and durable. I fully expect this unit and install to last a long time.

I have been using Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric for almost 5 years now. He has helped repair my furnace, performs AC maintenance and replaced one of my AC condensers. He has proven to be very responsive, coming out on a short notice despite being busy and always returning texts and calls. The first summer of COVID when our condenser broke, he promptly sourced and installed a new one despite supply shortages.
Their techs are truly experts at their trade and has worked hard to fix our existing units saving us the large cost of replacement. I highly recommend Air Pro. They are very responsive, highly knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing.

We recently moved into our new home and due to a bad/lazy HVAC inspection paid for by the seller (performed by Faircloth HVAC Repair), we were left with an inoperable HVAC system, that we discovered when our astronomical electric bill was delivered. We called and got 3 estimates from HVAC Repair companies in the area, and we decided to go with Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric
They were absolutely amazing.
They were extremely honest and respectful during the diagnostics and carried that honesty and respectfulness to the installation, pricing, and the clean up. They installed the next day and were incredibly accommodating to my busy work/mom life schedule. They are also veteran owned and operated . Thank you again!

From Nick giving the estimate, to Adrien and his crew installing the new units, the process was 1 week. They are extremely professional, very friendly, and hard working. It is evident that their goal is to make HVAC affordable to everyone. I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of this company.

Have been using this company for about a year. They have had great continuity and commitment to the comfort inside my 65 year old house. No problem too large no complaint too small. Service techs are always on time show company insignia and use professional customer service. Will call them again, for my semi-annual service!

Nick was able to get here several hours earlier than expected. Went over cost with me before doing any work after determining the problem. Had my furnace repaired very quickly. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Nick was very professional and and pleasant to deal with. He was also very respectful of my home and took care when entering and exiting my home as well as cleaning up and replacing everything after the job was finished. We dont see the quality of service Nick provided very often anymore.
