I only needed 1 pallet of sod to fix part of the backyard - the folks here were very impressive - quick response to come out and quote and laid the new sod the same week, unlike others they put down fresh soil, sod was good quality, they rolled it, checked the watering and was very comprehensive - even fixed a small leak I had in my irrigation in my front landscape bed (above and beyond)

Super impressed. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Sprinkler Medics of Austin. I have worked with a number of sprinkler/landscaping companies in the past and nothing compares. Chase - the owner, runs this business like a business should actually be run. We hired Sprinkler Medics of Austin for a pretty robust project which included installing and calibrating a sprinkler system, laying down new sod, and installing bubblers for our jasmine plants.

From the beginning up until the end - the customer service experience was exceptional. They have a great portal that keeps track of quotes, payments and appointments. There are a number of companies in Austin that do this type of work, but not to this level of professionalism. This is not the most affordable place in Austin, but it's worth every dollar if you want the work done correctly. Our technician Rigo was as absolute pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. Sprinkler Medics was able to quickly come out to my house to address a sprinkler problem. Within about 30 minutes, a sprinkler issue that has proven problematic for other companies to diagnose and fix was identified and remedied. Rodrigo was prepared with all the necessary electrical equipment to get the job done. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They will be the first company I call should any additional issues arise.

They showed up on time, fixed my sprinkler in 30 minutes and kept me apprised of the issues and costs at all times.

We hired Sprinkler Medics to do full installations at both our house and our mother's house, then also hired them to do significant repairs at mother-in-law's house. They were honest and accurate in regard to when we would be on their schedule - it took a few weeks after the estimate to get started. We were amazed that each of the 3 jobs was completed in a half-day's time as they work hard. They were thorough in explaining what was done and how to use the systems.

They altered some lines when we came out to inspect it and discussed reasons for wanting certain heads to run on the same zone. They reworked old heads and gave us options when water pressure wasn't adequate. We really appreciated being able to discuss our needs and thoughts with a knowledgeable team. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for both installations and repairs.

Have used Sprinkler Medics for a number of jobs and each time they found the issue and fixed it for a quite reasonable price. They also mapped out the zones for me since we're in a new house. Their recommendations are always spot on. Now with the Coldmageddon of 2021 behind us they are on the spot to help replace the backflow and perform all the repairs. Incredibly helpful to take care of this while I concentrate on fixing other broken items due to the storm.

I haven't seen this level of customer service in awhile. I called to have a few sprinkler heads repaired and the guy I spoke with was driving at the time, so he asked me to text him my info and he would call me once he reached his destination and could schedule my appointment. Well guess what, he did just that! He showed up to my appointment on time, he was very nice and professional, he advised me based on the inspector report what I needed and what I didn't.

He updated me every step of the way. I also asked if he would write notes on the invoice as to what was needed and not needed in his opinion so that I could pass it on to my realtor (we are selling our house) and he was pleased to do so. If you need a company to fix your sprinkler system, this is the company. You won't be disappointed.

Had an emergency leak and needed someone out. Not only did they have someone come out, they pumped the flooding and explained to me their findings. While it was ultimately not the irrigation system they were extremely helpful, professional, and polite. All while having a tight schedule jus the holidays.

First time using Sprinkler Medics and I had a very positive experience. They were pretty booked up when I called but scheduling was quick and easy and I got plenty of reminders. Rodrigo called en route to my house and went right to work on a host of problems I was experiencing. He moved several sprinkler heads, replaced a faulty valve, and found and fixed 3 leaks (one of them in a very difficult location under some tree roots that I hadn't even noticed). I felt the pricing was very fair and the service was friendly and on point.

Marcus came out, gave us an estimate, and scheduled a service date/time. He came back to do the repairs on time as promised. Even though his estimate was to fix a leaky valve, Marcus also did a couple tweaks to help the system function optimally overall before he left. Water was flowing out of the irrigation system control box and I kind of frantically called Sprinkler Medics, based on positive Yelp reviews. Chase had no technicians available to repair the issue, but he did have a tech come over and turn off the water to the irrigation system so I would stop flooding the street. The next week, Rodrigo came out, repaired the backflow preventer and also replaced a sprinkler head.

These guys seem to really know their stuff and they were extremely responsive. My irrigation system and Rachio were a bit old, and it turned out to be more difficult to do unforeseen problems - however, they explained everything, and they thought through it creatively, so it didn't cost any more. Chase and Alex and their crew completely rebuilt a 6 zone sprinkler system on our 1/4 acre residential lot after a significant construction project had destroyed heads and broken lines in 5 of the zones. Chase gave us a quote the same day he came out, and the work was done exactly as expected and at the quoted price. The crew arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently. The workmanship is very high quality.
