We're planning to move to other locations so we are near our work location and also the location of my kids' school. It was a hassle to drive a long ride everyday to our work and to school. We have lots of things in our house so we need a packing service to do it. My sister knows that we will be moving to another house or to other locations so she recommended this company.

We called the company and we talked about their service. We gave them our location and they came after half an hour. Lots of people came and we pointed out what they would grab. They are very careful in handling our things. I also prepared snacks for them so they can eat and rest. One track does not fit in all out things so one track also came. It took an hour before it finished packing. I'm so happy that everything was good.

This is a great moving company. They were on time, did a good job, moving super fast, respectful and careful with our stuff. I would highly recomended it.

This is the second time I hire H2H Movers and I'm as pleased this time around as I was the first time, I'd recommend them to anyone. They're punctual, courteous, efficient, very professional and charge a reasonable price. My moves were both super smooth. They're really fast but at the same time they handle all my property with utmost care, there have never been any surprises or any damages at the end of a move with them.

I had a great moving experience. The final price was very close to the quote estimate, they arrived on time and truly took care of it all. Communication with the office was good, they keep in touch before during and after the move.

I was recommended to use them through my sister and a couple family friends that have used them. Loved the experience. I appreciated that they gave me a higher end of the quote so I prepare for that, but they came in under. The guys came and just powered through everything. I swear I blinked and it felt like they had the truck loaded up. 10/10 recommend! The only annoying thing is that they will call you a ton of times prior to confirm. It got a little annoying. The great labor definitely made up for it!

I recently worked with H2H Movers to move out of my 2 bedroom apartment and into a storage unit. Prior to the move, the back office was quick to reach out after I requested a quote and they were very organized in planning. On move day, we had two flights of stairs that were treacherously steep and overall unsafe. I was super worried about the move but H2H made it a complete breeze!

The guys were fast but safe, friendly, efficient and the price is very reasonable. Side note, I LOVE that this is a woman-owned and managed company. Will definitely book again in the future.

If I could give them six stars, I would! We moved a two story house this past weekend, and it went flawlessly. From the moment I called to get a quote to the follow up phone call after the move was done, H2H management was extremely professional, attentive and helpful. The crew of six guys was also professional, easy to work with and SO FAST! We ended up paying $500 less than was quoted because the crew was so efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Start to finish, this was the easiest move we've made. The estimate range was spot on and came in at the low end. The crew was friendly, punctual, worked nonstop, was careful with all belongings and furniture.even tightened some legs on a couch for us without us knowing they needed tightening. Set everything where asked and offered to rearrange until the rooms looked right.

Everyone we had contact with at the office was friendly and explained the process and policies completely. We received multiple confirmation, progress, and post move calls to make sure we were happy at all stages. I highly recommend H2H Movers!

My experience with H2H was excellent. Don't even think twice about hiring H2H Movers. My husband and I did not lift a finger and had the best move experience in our whole lives. These guys came within the expected window, brought all the materials (e.g. furniture covers, truck, etc.), assessed our move, gave us a more accurate quote (you can also get a general quote over the phone beforehand), and got right to work.

They were efficient, careful, and professional. My husband supervised the move while I ran a couple errands with our 2 month-old, and he said that they were amazing the entire time. I showed up at our new place a few hours later, and everything was moved in perfectly. They even disassembled our furniture at our old place and reassembled it at our new place. WOW! I would highly recommend H2H Movers. Seriously, they were worth every penny.

Absolutely AMAZING! The movers got us out of our third-floor, two bed, two bath apartment and into our first floor, three bed, two bath new place in just 4 hours (and I have a lot of stuff). They wrapped the furniture better than I probably would have. They were careful and QUICK. I honestly can't rate them high enough. My partner and I are beyond grateful for their help. And another thing, H2H does not charge enough for the EXCELLENT work that they do. I feel like I got away with a robbery! Thank you so so much!

Best moving service I've ever used! These guys did an amazing job moving my furniture from my shipping pod into a 1 bedroom walk up in Lincoln Park. These were on time, friendly and very professional. They did the job in half the allotted time and did so with taking extra precautions to ensure everything was moved safely. I recently used H2H for an expedited (same-day) inter-state move from Chicago to Cincinnati and had a great experience. H2H provided strong customer service throughout the entire process. Valerie was helpful with promptly giving a quote (which was lower than several competitors I also reached out to) and answering my questions. On moving day, my movers arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Also, my total cost was consistent with the quote I was given (i.e., there were no unexpected additional charges). I would certainly use H2H again and highly recommend their team for long-distance moves.

The crew (3) was on time and professional. They worked together easily moving even the heaviest item with ease and care. The price was competitive, and they finished in the quoted timeframe, even with 6 inches of snow on the ground!

All I can say is H2H movers are the best I've ever used to move. They made the process as easy as possible. They are very thorough in explaining the whole moving process. They actually quoted me at a 6 hour move and these guys did it in 4. They were absolutely amazing. The movers were very polite and professional. They did not scratch or damage a single item. Excellent service and unbeatable price! A neighbor recommended them and we were so happy with the service. This was our first time hiring professional movers as we had a baby in tow. We moved from a one bedroom in a Chicago high rise to an apartment building in the suburbs. H2H sent three gentlemen (Mark and Ross and a third we didn't get the name of) to help us move first thing in the morning.

They were half an hour late due to rush hour traffic but notified us ahead of time, which we really appreciated. They moved all of our belongings at a rapid pace and the apartment was empty in about 40 minutes. Nothing was damaged from the move! We were ecstatic! Some screws we packed poorly in a zip lock bag taped to the crib got torn and they noticed/notified us that the screws were missing when we got to the new location. However, they went back to their truck and found the missing screws after they were done moving!

We really appreciated the movers' extra attention and effort to make the move as stress free as possible. The person corresponding with us throughout the process (Khaye) even checked in before and after our move to make sure it was all satisfactory. She was so patient with providing the certificate of insurance and moving our reservation time back and forth as well as helping to address our many questions as we were really nervous about the move. It was a huge relief that the move went so well. We would definitely recommend them to our friends in the future!

Cost 10/10 Speed 10/10 Care and service 10/10 H2H sent two freaks of nature to my door. Within 9 minutes, these two huge guys had emptied my 1 bedroom apartment. They disassembled my bed and reassembled it perfectly in the new apartment. They carried a huge king-size mattress up a flimsy spiral staircase. They were courteous, efficient, and thorough. With no doubt, I would recommend these guys again and again for moving in the Chicago area.

I can say this with complete certainty since if they had a frequent customer punchcard, I'd be well on my way to having that card all filled out. I've used H2H for four apartment moves within the city after getting recommended by a friend. I used to actually rent and drive my own uHaul and then just hire moving help through the uHaul website - don't be like me, hire H2H.

My moves have been quick, easy and just an overall professional service. I think in four moves, I broke one wine glass and that was because I didn't pack it properly. The guys are great and super nice. For my last move, the building required additional documentation like proof of insurance to be sent over and that was just a quick call to their office. Overall, 10/10 service, affordable and it doesn't involve me driving a uHaul myself. Don't look any further for a moving company!

I've used H2H with my last two moves. They are very thorough in letting you know what to expect before, during and after your move. They even facilitate parking signs with the city for parking (on request; $30 fee) which is super useful and one less thing you have to think about. The quote they provide is pretty spot on and they always allocate enough men to move you in, in a timely manner.

The two crews I have worked with have both been super careful in wrapping my things and packing the truck. They have also been super easy to interact with and professional. Always happy to support women owned businesses as well!

Hands down the best movers I've ever worked with (besides Mayflower, who I don't think can be beat for interstate moves, but I was just moving locally). Due to an injury, I needed to work with a company that could also do 100% of my packing, and the service was an incredible value for how efficiently and carefully the friendly team of 4 worked.

I have a lot of art, mirrors, and fragile items that I was worried about, and was impressed that nothing at all was damaged. It's also kind of embarrassing to be in the position of having to hire people to deal with all of the contents of your drawers, etc., but the team made me feel perfectly comfortable because they were so professional and respectful.

I have the world's most annoying chihuahua (when there are strangers afoot), who I had secured, but he just growled rudely at them the whole time we were at the new home, and I thought it was so sweet that the team leader took the time to come over and try to make friends with the little guy to relax him. All around, the team was very caring, professional, clear, and easy to work with.

The office schedulers are pretty difficult to understand, it was tough to get clear answers to questions I thought were pretty routine, and they didn't communicate to me that the first $500 of the bill needed to be provided in cash on the day of the move (which was ok, but it meant I had to leave the site to go get cash, and it also seemed pretty unnecessary if you're paying with Zelle, which is essentially an instant bank transfer that can't be reversed).

I liked that they called to confirm my move, but both times they called, I had to remind them that I also scheduled packing service, because they asked me if my belongings were completely boxed and ready. But, any small communication difficulties with the office were completely neutralized by the amazing job the team did and how pleasant they were to work with.

Had such a wonderful experience with H2H Movers!! My girlfriend had such a horrible experience with other movers 6 years ago, she was very skeptical when I told her i secured H2H Movers three weeks before we planned to move into our condo. From the 1st phone call and detailed information we provided H2H, they gave us a complete breakdown of costs, timing, etc.

Then they followed up with phone calls to confirm day and time. Andrew and his 6 man crew came this morning and were so organized! From loading the trucks down two flights of stairs to unloading going up three flights of stairs was truly impressive! These guys were great! After 7 months on living in rentals and all of our stuff being in 3 storage units, our home is finally done! We moved our move date 3 times within two weeks. These guys really made it work for us! While every other company was booked and unwilling to work with us, these guys really made us feel like a priority! We had two trucks and 8 guys for our 10,000 sq ft move!

Through 4 flights of stairs all the way to the office or managing patio furniture between 4 rooftops, they truly excelled our expectation! Not to mention it was HOT and rainy that day! 10/10 would recommend and will for sure hire for any of our other property moves!

I recently moved into a 1920's building in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. The moving company I initially chose to move my belongings from Los Angeles were horrible and I would rather chew glass than use them again as the broke may irreplaceable antiques. This company also would not attempt to move a Restoration Hardware dresser I own that would not fit in my smaller than average elevator.

Fast forward 2 days. After panicking and not knowing what to do as my very expensive 300lb dresser sat in the lobby of my building I began to call several moving companies (they all passed on the request). I left a message for H2H Moving and a very kind woman called me back. I explained the situation to her. Very quickly she put me at ease and asked me to send their photos of the staging location and the fire escape the workers would likely have to carry the dresser up.

She scheduled a very competent team to be at my condo at 4pm the same day. The team devised a plan and executed it. My dresser is now sitting in my bedroom without a scratch. I highly recommend H2H the literally were there for me when I had no where to turn! This company is amazing and they truly care.

We were the fourth move of the day for the team from H2H movers and they communicated throughout the day to keep us posted on estimated time of arrival. We moved on one of the hottest weekends of the summer with the heat index approaching 100 degrees and lived on the 3rd floor of a 4-story walk-up building in Chicago. It was very tough moving conditions, but the team of 4 movers jumped right in at 4:00 pm and spent 5 hours in heat and many trips up and down 3 flights of stairs, then completing the move to our new location in Chicago.

To make the conditions even more challenging we had a strong thunderstorm in the middle of the move, and it added to the challenges of the day. They were professional, careful in handling our goods and everything reached our new home without any damage and in the proper place. The leader of the team and all members were courteous, and thoughtful in working with our family.

The leadership of H2H followed up with me the next day for feedback and was genuinely interested in learning about our experience with their company. The value of their service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend H2H Movers!

I hired H2H to move from Chicago to Michigan. It was the smoothest move I've ever seen. The price was much better than the other places I looked, and their online calculator was great at seeing how different things changed the price. 2 trucks and 6 guys showed up on time the day of the move, all super friendly. They loaded my 4 bed house in a bit over 2hrs!

I had a great experience working with H2H Movers! I began toying with the idea of moving back in October but wound up needing to delay twice due to an issue with my lease. In all three of the prospective moving situations, Julia at H2H worked with me to get a reasonable quote based on the parameters of my move. The estimate that I wound up with for my move on March 20, 2021 wound up be very accurate, and I even paid a little bit less.

There were no surprises or hidden fees! I worked with a crew of four men to move me from my one bedroom apartment to a storage unit in the near suburbs. The crew were very hardworking, asked questions whenever the needed clarification, and kept all of my items very secure in safe as they packed the truck and transported my apartment to storage. As the pics show, the crew also neatly stacked and organized my items in storage so that I have room enough to walk in and grab things as needed. When it comes time for me to move from storage to my new place, I will definitely call on H2H to move me! Thanks so much!

Super efficient and communicative. I was worried about getting nickel-and-dimed with all the add ons, like a lot of movers where you have to pay extra for this and that, but i paid less than the initial estimate. They recalculate everything on moving day on their tablets and the main office gets pinged and everyone knows what's going on. I had to move stuff from Chicagoland to WI and minutes after finalizing the bill at the storage unit I get a call from the main office checking that everything went ok.

It was better than ok. Like i had told the storage company how many trucks and they told me i needed two units, but the movers got everything into one, and saved me more money. It was so nice to have everything taken care of and not to worry and things working out better than planned. Don't hesitate to use H2H.
