Loved the windows, the support they give you over the phone, and ordering online is really user friendly, right after putting the order I recieved a really friendly call from a lady to double check measurements, delivery was fast. I received a very professional follow up call after I placed the order to confirm all the details. Follow up communications via email and phone regarding completion of order and instructions for pickup were great. Window actually arrived earlier than was promised and warehouse staff was very friendly, helpful and professional when I picked it up.

Wow, Derek Baker with the windowestore was absolutely AMAZING!! If you need replacement windows or a patio door, I hope you are lucky enough to find Derek and the Window e-store before making a big mistake dealing with someone else. I'm a very detail oriented person. I like tons of information and take a while to study it and make decisions. The patience Derek showed while I was going through the process of selecting the right windows for me was amazing. The information and advice provided was far superior to anything I would have gotten elsewhere.
The windows and patio door arrived quickly, even a few days sooner than promised. The quality is better than expected. I have nothing but praise for these folks and know you will too if you give them a try.

Great customer service, windows arrived quickly, and great quality windows. We replaced 7 windows in our home, using a mix of replacement and new construction windows, slider and picture windows. We took on the project ourselves and Window e-Store was very helpful in providing help with the measurements and installation procedures. We were looking for a no-hassle buying process to upgrade our ~50yr old windows without spending a ton of money.
Window e-store fit the bill perfectly and we would definitely use them again. The windows appear to be high quality and made a drastic difference in the drafts and outside noise in our home. We ordered the EcoTru trim model and the finish is as expected for moderately priced vinyl windows. The only complaint is some excess vinyl shavings leftover from the molding process and visible seems in the vinyl frame. But these very small complaints are covered by your window trim anyway. Overall, we highly recommend Window e-store.

I had been doing a lot of searching online as to who I was going to buy my windows through. I am a bit of a DIYer in nature and really wanted to install my windows myself rather than rack up a huge bill by having someone else do the install. I got some quotes from some of the local companies and of course everyone wanted to sell me their top of the line window and most had added fees that were just not necessary since I was doing all the work.
I called and talked to the owner of Window e-store, Derek, and I could tell based on previous reviews that this guy was going to be real easy to work with. Derek was very kind and easy to talk with. I explained that I wanted to just start with replacing two small windows in the house and if my install goes well I would go ahead and order all the rest. After Derek talked me through a few things we settled on the EcoTru Windows. After a few weeks I picked up the windows and installed them the next day. Was so pleased that I ordered replacement windows for the rest of the house. Highly recommend!

After helping select the window I wanted, we placed the krder and it took about 2 weeks for the window to get made and delivered.
I recently got a large section of my house done by Renewal by Andersen, I was looking to finish my house up and stumbled on Window e-store. I was a little hesitant at first but after receiving the window, I definetly made the right decision. For nearly 1/3 of the price, you cant go wrong with these windows, they look really good, they're made with tempered glass, and have 2 window locks for added security.
Literally everything I wanted for windows on my first floor. Now that I got the one window installed and checked it's quality, it is time to order the rest of the windows for downstairs. Keep up the good work guys, you'll be hearing from me soon.

I ordered a trial window to replace a single pane window from 1950 in my kitchen. It took a few weeks, but I brought it home at 9:30 this morning and I was done with the whole job by 11. Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product. Way easier than going through a big box store, and saved a ton of cash by installing it myself. I'll definitely be ordering more windows as I can afford it to replace all my old windows
