So grateful for all 3 techs Brandon, Dylan & Conner. They worked on installing a water meter (the process had its issue's in my 1940's little old house that required 2 separate day's of work) the City of Missoula requires to be installed, before able to sell a house, as they have a lien against your property. Knowledgeable, hard workers, w/kind, encouraging attitudes. Definately recommend hiring them to do a thorough plumbing job.

Isaac quickly and neatly fixed a leak from one of our tubs that was spilling out into the ceiling on the lower level. He also diagnosed and put in an order to fix another leak which actually caused some of our ceiling to collapse. Very appreciative of his quick work and the friendly way which he carried it out. Im terrible with names, but I think the other one was Miles? Sorry for probably getting that wrong. He was very nice and a hard worker as well.

Update: Isaac and Miles came back two days later to fix the broken supply line in our shower and demo our tub and move our drain to the center to prepare for a remodel. They did more than they had to do and left the place very clean and ready to move on with renovation. We are signing up as members and will continue to use Plumb Tech for any needs that should arise.

Update 2: Jeff also came over and mapped out our septic lines to find a great place to tap in for another toilet. Very helpful, communicative, clean and hard working. Just like always.

We were having issues with our heating system. Lance from came out on short notice to see what could be done. The system was 22 years old and was on the verge rusting out. After some discussion about options, we decided to have a new tankless system installed. During the process, i never had any issues getting my questions answered. Lance was always very helpful in his explanations. Lance was easy to work with when it came to making changes and had several excellent suggestions.

The workman ship is fantastic. From the solder joints to the piping arrangement to the unit location, everything is top notch. The components are high quality. Lance is a stickler for detail and getting the job done right. Lance is very knowledgeable when it comes to the tankless systems and was great at explaining the the workings and the technology used in these systems.

He and his team (Jake & Ben) were always a happy group, willing to engage and answer our questions. Carlett in the office was always helpful and was instrumental in fitting us into Lance's schedule in the beginning. A great group of folks to work with. Will use them again in the future.

Who doesn't want help when you need it? Plumbing problems often happen suddenly. It is a relief to know someone who will come to the rescue! Lance/Plumb Tech has always solved our plumbing problems quickly and reliably. We have also appreciated Plumb Tech for the work they have done for us during small home improvement projects as well as during a kitchen remodel. We are happy to let others know that Lance/Plumb Tech gets the job done and does it well.

Lance with Plumb Tech helped me out with a slow draining sink, caused by corrosion from the old pipes in the house. He arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the situation, walked me through the process of what he would be doing, and was done with the job that afternoon. Not only do I have a working sink again, but he also installed the proper drain for a downstairs shower positioned over the old storm drain, a commonality here in the older homes of Missoula. He was very professional, and I know I'll be contacting him again for future assistance on my house projects.

Plumb - Tech is a class act! We have loved our on-demand hot water system and Lance and crew have been just fabulous to work with and work through a few bumps in the road (the bumps have been our fault, Lance has just graciously helped us fix them!). We highly recommend Plumb-tech!
