In 1956 the current owners incorporated the company that is now known as one of the highly regarded top commercial roofing companies in the region.

One of the many advantages that Virginia Roofing Corporation has over its competitors is their in-house "VARCO" Sheetmetal Fabrication Shop, that directly supports the roofing needs. For Decades, Virginia Roofing Corporation has served as a training ground for many local roofers and competitors who own and operate their own companies today.

Our company highly recommends that a Preventive Maintenance Plan be established to avoid serious roofing problems that could otherwise arise unexpectedly.

New Construction

Fully-Adhered and Mechanically-Fastened Single-Ply Roofing Systems (EPDM;TPO; PVC; and Fleece-Black) are widely used on new construction projects. Ballasted, Built-Up-Roofing (B.U.R.), and Modified Systems are also common in the roofing industry.

Taking into consideration the life expectancy of an existing roofing system and its exposure to the natural elements over-time will damage the roofing system material. Our Estimators have the experience needed to determine when a repair will be sufficient, or if a re-roof is necessary to sustain the building's integrity.
