My mother's A/C completely stopped working and it was hot inside her home. I called Reliance, Xavier arrived the same day and very knowledgeable, and provided me with a very reasonable and affordable quote. I was very surprised and a bit skeptical(of the Daikin brand) since I've called almost every A/C company within 30 miles and was asked for arm, leg and blood for a new A/C system. Xavier and his crew accepted the job.

Within days (due to my schedule) Reliance installed a brand new 3 ton Daikin 14 seer a/c split system on August 8th 2020. OVER A YEAR HAS PASSED, my mother's Daikin a/c system has been running like a top of the line system with no issues. I've noticed the even on 78 degrees the a/c feels like it's on 62. I'm very thankful for Reliance because my siblings and I were able to purchase our mother a brand new reliable system with a warranty.

I would definitely recommend Reliance to everyone. My advice: *Call Reliance. *Don't be fooled by brand names. *If a company is too busy to answer the phone they are to busy for your job. *If it's a one man show always say no.

I wasn't able to use Reliance Air as my problem was resolved before Xavier, the Reliance representative, arrived. No fault of his own-he was on time! I thought I needed a new A/C unit and the person here to give me an estimate before Reliance, resolved the problem. However, Xavier was courteous and professional and I would call them back in a nano second. We need more companies like this one - so professional, on time and pleasant!

I deal with a lot of contractors for various things and most are not much fun to deal with. Reliance Air is amazing in every way, but what I appreciate most is the HONESTY. I had purchased two brand new AC units that were installed incorrectly, so I wanted to find someone to fix them.

Had a brand new system installed a year ago. They came twice after just to inspect and make sure everything was running just right. I've called a few times with questions and they have always been prompt to respond. Had my old bilge finally replaced tonight and as always, they were prompt, courteous and fixed it right!

We've shopped out quotes for a split system AC/heat pump replacement with nearly a dozen local companies, and Reliance beat every quote by far- and with better equipment that we were offered from other companies. On top of that, they were incredibly fast to respond to any questions and able to set up the install almost immediately after we accepted the quote. Several other companies used high pressure sales techniques, Reliance did not- just took the time to explain the equipment, options and process.

Install went very smooth, technician was friendly and prompt, our home is now cool and comfortable again, and our system is cycling far less than the previous system so it's apparent efficiency has increased considerably. Just had our new ac unit put in today for $1,500 under the competition. We called for a Freon leak on Monday that another company said would be pricey to just look into (not including to repair). We were unsure if it was worth repairing or if we needed a new unit. Xavier from Reliance air came out same day and checked out the situation for free. We had many cracks/leaks in the coil in our 13 year old system, he gave us our options and we decided to replace.
