Patios
Our patio installations create functional outdoor living spaces using premium pavers and customizable designs. We work with diverse suppliers to offer endless style options that complement your property's architecture while maintaining budget-friendly solutions. The process includes precise measurements, material selection, and professional installation ensuring long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal.
Kitchen Remodel
We specialize in transforming kitchens through countertop replacement, cabinet refinishing, and layout modifications. Our team handles plumbing relocation, backsplash installation, and appliance integration while maintaining structural integrity. We work within your budget to upgrade functionality and modernize aesthetics, creating efficient cooking spaces tailored to your lifestyle needs.
Snow Removal
Commercial snow removal services ensure safe, accessible properties during winter months. We offer contract plans with timely snow clearing and salting services for businesses. Our equipment and trained personnel handle large-scale properties efficiently, minimizing operational disruptions while maintaining compliance with safety regulations for walkways and parking areas.
Lawn Rejuvenation
Our lawn care program includes fertilization, aeration, and overseeding to maintain vibrant, healthy grass. We address soil nutrition, weed control, and proper hydration through seasonal treatments. This comprehensive approach strengthens root systems, improves drought resistance, and creates dense turf coverage that enhances curb appeal while reducing maintenance requirements for property owners.
Tree Work
Professional tree maintenance includes pruning, removal, and stump grinding services. We assess tree health, remove hazardous branches, and shape canopies for optimal growth patterns. Stump grinding eliminates tripping hazards while our careful approach preserves surrounding landscaping. All work follows safety protocols to protect your property and ensure long-term yard health.

BLS recently added a deck to our existing back porch and did a FANTASTIC job! We love it! Avery was great to work with-professional, prompt and very friendly. They went above and beyond, helped us navigate the permit process and even cleaned up the yard when they were finished! BLS is HIGHLY recommended!

We've only recently had to transfer our lawn care to others, and we'd had a prior unfortunate experience. The 2 young men from BLS who did our yard work today were certainly a cut above! Pleasant, capable, thorough (moving an item, rather than just weed-whacking around it). What a pleasure to have found this gem. A multifaceted source of property services
